We went for the main and desert option. 2 of the ladies asked for the fish of the day, and this was John Dory, my other friend and I both went for the filet of beef. The girls asked for the sauce of the fish to be served to the side, but it turned up with it on, no huge drama, the waiter then proceeded to serve it up from the side of the table and it was super fresh, the girls said it was very good indeed. It must have been fishing just that morning! As for the steak, it was divine. Cooked perfectly.The Bearnaise sauce was excellent too, it was so good and each mouthful was savoured. In between course, we got bought out random food, which was a nice touch. We then ordered the deserts. A raspberry souffle, a Grand Marnier Souffle, strawberry sorbet and chocolate, mix of ice creams. The souffle were cooked very well, although they were very very sweet, and there is not a lot you can say about the sorbet, sorbet is sorbet! The waiters were attentive, a mistake here and there, but, all in all a very pleasant evening and if someone wants somewhere to go for a dinner out, then absolutely do give this place a shot.

I had planned to get something when I first made reservations, but ended up with the ribeye flambee which was plenty for 2 to share and included three sides: pumpkin puree which was a fan favorite, a risotto and potatoes. The potatoes were cooked and seasoned well. I could care less for the risotto but it worked out perfect for who I shared my dinner with. The ribeye in terms of taste wasn't that great. Per the pictures, you can clearly see we didn't get "medium rare..." mostly rare in the center which was a bummer--although great for reheating. Being as the main course, this was an utter let down to me. The foie gras was fantastic. The paring between the bread, foie gras, pear, and arugula make it an immaculate mouthful of flavors. I'd recommend getting this. While served looking "deconstructed," piecing them all together was a delight. There was a little bit of miscommunication about a dish "crispy sweetbreads" I REPEAT that it is a veal...we were confused why this was listed under meats, but also listed as a risotto. This issue got sorted out even though one guest had their served late. We ordered dessert. The soufflé was a great show.
