Tofu casserole

First off, let me say that this is Korean cuisine, not Chinese. There are very few restaurants in Switzerland that serve good Korean food. We ordered the two dishes Dubu jeongsal x2 Ojingeo bokkum The food doesn't taste what we are accustomed to having. The food looks good, but the taste is not. I think with the lack of competition, most of these restaurants can exist without actually having authentic tastes and only nuances of their favorite foods on their vacation. We will have to hit up some authentic Korean when we get back to the States.

I thought the food here was great! Great Chinese food right in the middle of Switzerland. We didn't think it would be very authentic but it totally was! We were very impressed to say the least. My husband got the chicken fried rice and I got a meat plate but it was all pretty delicious! The chicken fried rice was lacking in flavor a little bit but we still thought it was good.

An unexpected authentic find in Interlaken. I would say that the mixed reviews are fairly accurate. Portion sizes are smaller than what you might be accustomed to if you come from the United States, and the Banchan or famous Korean sides, are definitely not as plentiful as in a Korean restaurant that you might find in New York or LA. But, with that said, there is an appealing charm to this place, and the owner does a great job with the ambience. Outdoor and indoor seating abound, and there are certainly many tables with the opportunity to do your own real live Korean BBQ. The yukkaejang (spicy beef soup) is satisfying and rich. The bibimbap was a little peculiar in that the mushrooms were raw, but the overall dish does the job. The bulgogi is pleasantly satisfying, and you can tell that they use paper-thin, shaved sirloin, which is great. It is an excellent reprieve from your Swiss diet, and a healthy alternative with vintage vibes. The owner is the star of the show, and he literally makes the rounds to every table, particularly if you are Korean. He alone makes the visit worthwhile.

After battling long with heath issues I have finally begun to travel again. After driving for 5 and a half hours from France to Switzerland we stumbled upon this incredible local authentic Korean restaurant. And omg they did not fail. We had the best Doenjang Jjigae, Sundubu Jjigae and Jabche and let me tell u this OMGGGG authentic to the tea.. I have had Korean meals in TX but not like this! The staff super nice and the owner is just adorable. The restaurant decor is super nice and I bet you in the summer time it'll be super great to enjoy the street view. Please Swiss and international travel foodies support this local business and show them love as this is the first time since traveling to Europe that I have ever felt welcomed into a restaurant that truly cares about their customers and wants u to enjoy a home cooked meal. From the bottom of my foodie heart thank you ' gamsahabnida '

3.5 stars, standard service. Not the best kbbq, but not the worst either. Some food was a bit bland and I cannot believe 4 strips of pork was ~$30 lol. Overall still tasted decent.

Very helpful and the bulgogi and pork belly was great! We sat outside and had a great view.

My favorite is their limited-time flavor (every Thursdays during summer) - dark chocolate. It's just so rich and mind blowing. We took the 1 hour train ride back just to get this again lol. Then torta (chocolate + almond) is a close 2nd. Their regular chocolate and tiramisu are also very good. CASH only!!!

My husband, two boys, and I visited this ice cream shop last night after dinner. First, they will…read moreonly give you one taster, which defeats the purpose of tasters. Then, we did not have cash on us and honestly didn't see the sign that said cash only. Normally, in our experience, when this has happened, the store apologizes and directs us to the nearest ATM. Instead, here, after my kids had ordered their ice creams, my husband went up to the register to pay with his debit card when he saw the sign...my husband said "oh cash only?" The man yelled back "yes there are three signs!!" He continued rudely. Every one in the ice cream shop looked at us. It was sooooo embarassing. My husband asked where there was a nearby cash machine, and he went to get cash. Meanwhile, they had only served one of my kids his ice cream, and my other son had to wait, watching his brother eat the ice cream while we waited for my husband to bring the cash. They did not serve the second ice cream while we waited. Obviously, my husband was coming with the cash. Overall, I do not recommend this shop. The man in the shop is ridiculously rude.
