Saw the bras hanging as we walked in, made me chuckle. We were seated right away, in a small room with a fair amount going on. I picked the Jim Morrison along with the fries and lovely K had the Janis Joplin, also with fries. Both choices were a very good sized portion with a good amount of fries. The JM stated it's spicy, and it was indeed so. The JJ is also a good sized portion, but it had too much going on for K. What really let the meal down was the fries. They were not hot, and had been cooked too long. The outside was crispy with a good crunch, but the interior was not what we were looking for. Could have been epic with nice fries, but they missed the mark by just a bit.

I wonder if they ever wash the bras?

The place is run by an Ameriphile family who are mad geniuses when it comes to cooking. Mom runs the front of house, while dad and daughter work out of their tiny kitchen, creating sublime dishes. They are constantly innovating, and trying out new things (including making their own ice cream.) Don;t come if you are in a rush - they aren't the fastest folks in the world. But if you've got the timer, and the appetite, then get here now and luxuriate in meaty goodness. Having said that, a vegetarian friend came here once, and they whipped up a veggie burger real quick, and my friend exclaimed that this was the best veggie burger she's ever had. Staff were the best we met in Prague, absolutely knew their game and the sommelier was top notch. It was delicious with a good snap and lots of flavor. But the star of the show was the garlic cheese spread appetizer. It's a must! Our server was Petr and he was delightful. Spoke English with us, German with another table and Japanese with the table next to us. He was cheerful and happy to be there. The place is cute. Rustic but classy and clean. It was decorated for Christmas which we really enjoyed. Last note was they accept credit cards. If you're in the area we encourage you to stop in!
