I felt very unsafe and scared because I am a small girl being threatened by a very large woman. The company owner, Nick Paciello, bragged about the training provided to his team members and about how his team is good at cooking. The Care Giver was not educated on how to utilize self-cleaning oven. She lined the oven with foil which melted into the oven and is now impossible to remove. Nick refuses to acknowledge that his team member was negligent and he blames me for not educating his team member on how to use the oven. Please note that I was bed ridden and unable to walk on my own. I did not know she was lining the oven with foil. It is not my responsibility to teach Home Care Assistance's team member how to use an oven. Nick refuses to take ownership. I would NOT do business with this company.
