To my surprise, this turned into an unexpected 5-star experience. I was completely wrong in my assumptions. From start to finish, the process was smooth and painless. Yes, I waited maybe 8-10 minutes--but honestly, who's counting? I was too busy browsing the MIO products, which made the wait go by quickly. The gentleman who helped me (I didn't catch his name--he had long hair, so I hope that helps identify him) was outstanding. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He even offered to install the decal for me, but unfortunately, I wasn't driving the vehicle it was going on. Still, the offer alone deserves recognition. I stepped outside afterward to snap a few photos, and I may just come back again to spend some time exploring travel resources and ideas for getting around Oklahoma. All in all, a surprisingly pleasant experience and proof that not all tag or toll office visits have to be painful. Well done!

I was very tired after driving 14 hours straight. I didn't even bother to read the reviews. It's 3:37am and my eyes are wide open. Why? Well, let's see as to the many reasons. First, the window is a bit broken from one side and you can hear every single car and truck drive by the I-40. Second,it is fricken cold... I can feel the cool air sneaking in that gap on the window. I turned the heater on and it resembled a jet engine... yes that loud. Third, some chick who was very loud in the room next door completely woke me up. I don't know if she was getting fucked or being choked, but as I heard more clearly being wide awake, I hear her and some dude arguing and probably getting high. I wish I would have read the reviews before I paid. This is the worst motel 6 I've stayed in. I thing from the looks of this place, narcotics police probably broke that window frame and looks like the door was kicked in as well. I am on the 3rd floor facing the freeway while my vehicle and trailer are on the opposite side of the building. That is on my mind as well especially with freaky people all around outside. The office clerk told me not to worry since they've got cameras all around, lol, that just made me worry more, lol. I really hope to get a few more hours of sleep in order to get my $40 dollar night's worth. I will definitively pay a bit more for a cleaner and safer hotel on my next stop. Lesson learned.

The woman Chombay (not sure how to spell) was rude from the very first interaction. And refused to give us clean towels literally every time we asked. Demand we give them our old towels, count them in front of us and give us only 2 more...in a room for 4 people.... Then again refused to give me towels and tell me to wait for house keeping...the same house keeping she told me doesn't exist and was why I had to bring them every damn day. The other manager was Dennis and not only was he ZERO HELP. He also put me off giving me the assistant managers name. Which he gave me after I asked a good 4 times. DON'T waste your money or time Here. I will be complaining to the B.B.B If I could give a 0 I would.

I have been this since they opened in Feb 2025. Something I would pay for a $7 shower for emergencies. Well today, September 15, 2025. I was asked to stop parking in the RV parking lot which has never used since their grand opening. I am the only one using the RV parking lot. The manager wants me to park in front of the store and use the charger for people that are not camping. When I'm visiting this travel center I'm normally camping in place for about 12 hours a day. This should grant justification to park in the RV parking lot and hook up. But because the manager felt indifferent about this, I will start using Cherokee Trading Post gas station and KOA El Reno site to rest and shower. Don't understand why they are pushing people away that can help them by word of mouth advertising and increasing their reputation in turn increase their revenue.

I know map quest was wrong but when I asked the attendant what exit to exit off the interstate she said exit 127. I went ahead and followed the map and exited onto Martin Luther King Ave. took the left, and there she was I had neglected to ask for a handicap room, they checked and had one left on the first floor; but it was a smoking room. Luckily we had a can of Febreeze. So we're good the owner and desk clerk were very helpful and I know, that they did everything they could, given no reservation. I have no complaints other than the Mapquest was wrong. It caused concern when we were 25 minutes out and came upon exit 127. I'm very happy with the results.

The situation ultimately escalated to the point where the police were called to have me escorted off the property -- an action I believe was completely unjustified and unprofessional.
