The Motel was efficient. The front desk person was really nice and the renovations are pretty. Our room was where things fell very short. We had no regular towels (only hand towels), no coffee maker, no iron. But the room service menu was easy and tasted good and its pet friendly so it worked. read more

I booked this motel 6 because of the fact that they are pet friendly. I have been driving from Virginia headed home to Los Angeles for the holidays... and work. I was very tired after driving 14 hours straight. I didn't even bother to read the reviews. It's 3:37am and my eyes are wide open. Why? Well, let's see as to the many reasons. First, the window is a bit broken from one side and you can hear every single car and truck drive by the I-40. Second,it is fricken cold... I can feel the cool air sneaking in that gap on the window. I turned the heater on and it resembled a jet engine... yes that loud. Third, some chick who was very loud in the room next door completely woke me up. I don't know if she was getting fucked or being choked, but as I heard more clearly being wide awake, I hear her and some dude arguing and probably getting high. I wish I would have read the reviews before I paid. This is the worst motel 6 I've stayed in. I thing from the looks of this place, narcotics police probably broke that window frame and looks like the door was kicked in as well. I am on the 3rd floor facing the freeway while my vehicle and trailer are on the opposite side of the building. That is on my mind as well especially with freaky people all around outside. The office clerk told me not to worry since they've got cameras all around, lol, that just made me worry more, lol. I really hope to get a few more hours of sleep in order to get my $40 dollar night's worth. I will definitively pay a bit more for a cleaner and safer hotel on my next stop. Lesson learned. read more

Worst Hotel EVER. LITERALLY HUMAN SHIT on the walls. They we had to clean cause house keeping was mysteriously MIA. Horrible location. And don't get me started Managment. The woman Chombay (not sure how to spell) was rude from the very first interaction. And refused to give us clean towels literally every time we asked. Demand we give them our old towels, count them in front of us and give us only 2 more...in a room for 4 people.... Then again refused to give me towels and tell me to wait for house keeping...the same house keeping she told me doesn't exist and was why I had to bring them every damn day. The other manager was Dennis and not only was he ZERO HELP. He also put me off giving me the assistant managers name. Which he gave me after I asked a good 4 times. DON'T waste your money or time Here. I will be complaining to the B.B.B If I could give a 0 I would. read more

I stayed at Motel 6 for one night during a basketball tournament. The receptionist was absolutely wonderful and the only reason I am giving this place 2 stars. She answered all my questions and was cheerful and I could tell, really liked her job. Unfortunately that was the ONLY good thing about my stay here. I asked for a non smoking room. It even had the sign on the door for non smoking, but when I entered the room I smelled the horrible smoke lingering smell. There were cigarette butts on the walkway outside the entrance to my room, and not only that, there was an ashtray in the room!?!!?! WHY would there be an ashtray in a nonsmoking room??!! The carpet was horrible...very stained and needed to be replaced, not cleaned, but replaced. The water in the bathroom is either all cold or all hot (mind you it is very hot). I had to play with the water during my shower many times so I would not freeze or burn myself. There was no bathtub...just a shower. The sheets had holes in them. The curtain over the window had holes in it as well. I found out that normally the room rates are 39 a night...but that it was bumped up to 47 for the basketball tournament. This definitely was a $39 or less room...and should have not been bumped up to 47. It lacked in so many areas. At least they have good receptionists... read more

Read the reviews. Things have not improved. In addition to all the other comments, I was told there was a pet fee (?) and a $25 deposit for potential damages, due to the hotel's problems with guests being destructive. (You got that, right? The guests, not the dogs...) Nope. read more

This is the scariest place I have ever stayed at. PLEASE do not go here. At 8:30 PM, 2 men Banged on the door and said they were security and checking to see if the right lady was in the room?.! They were not in a uniform and were both very large black men. I am a 54 yr old white woman that dresses conservatively and drives a Late model Subaru. This place reminded me of something I've seen on TV that rents rooms by the hour. I left an hour after that happened, I was really afraid they were going to come back if I went to sleep. I could not calm down. Wouldn't have put a 1 star, but you have to. read more

This place is horrible. The room was disgusting both bed linens were stained, the walls were dirty, the tub didn't drain while showering, the room smelled horrible, TV was broken, there's piles of ashes between both beds and the night stand, carpets are all stained up and outside appearance was sub standard even for a motel 6. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

Absolutely worst experience I've EVER had with any hotel I've stayed in. From the moment I walked into the door, the front desk attendant is blaring Hindu Indian music. I say "I need to check in" and at the same time he looks up at me like I'm bothering him and he stops the music. He cuts me off as I was going to tell him that I have a confirmation number. So he gives me a card on the third floor. I ask him if I can get the the first floor due to a knee injury I'm recovering from...wrong thing to ask. Complete attitude. I will never stay at a shit ass hotel like this again. DO NOT STAY HERE. Choose another hotel. I'm going to call the Motel 6 Headquarters about for a complaint as a consumer about my experience. read more

The experience here is alright, needs upgrades to security systems and structural safety evaluations which are required for improvements around the property is much desired. Always having to get the room keys re-keyed is an extreme inconvenience on us, however, there are two from the housekeeping staff Michelle & Lyndsey, who deserve an award for their rolls here. Always service with a smile, prompt, and ready for the day. They are incredibly helpful, always kind, and their sense of urgency for going above and beyond is what keeps us here. If we needed anything they were on it. I'm not corporate, although I have worked in this department and recommend that these two have a well deserved increase in pay. They work harder than most And will allow new business and retention rates should increase. Keep up the hard work and please acknowledge their efforts. the rooms are the cleanest around this area. The rates are a little high with daily taxes. Specials or advertisements would greatly improve their service. They need to upgrade their laundry facilities to allow everyone to pay by credit/debit Card. It's 2021, the coin currency is slowly moving forward to crypt coins. Nice Thanks, C&K read more

As a last minute reservation, I chose this motel based off of the staged photos on their website. I paid over $70.00 a night after originally booking a room much cheaper because the first room was no longer available. We opened the door to our "upgraded room" only to walk through several cobwebs. The "non smoking" room reeked of smoke and mildew, dark stains on the floor, cigarette burns on the bedding and walls, and a large bug crawled out of the fridge after opening it. If that wasn't horrible enough, there was a used condom stuck to the wall behind one of the beds. There was one small bar of packaged soap next to the sink that barely ran so I went to the front desk to request some shampoo only to be told that they didn't have any onsite...We ended up removing all the bedding and slept on our own sleeping bags. This place needs to be bulldozed with all of the rude, incompetent staff inside of it. read more

I am absolutely dumbfounded that a motel like this hasn't been shut down. First of all, I guess they're changing from some other brand. There are ZERO signs indicating this place is a Motel 6. Both the tall sign by the freeway and the one out in front have no signage. It's just the bright white neon light with the plastic sign removed. If I hadn't Google street-viewed it I wouldn't have even known what it was. Second, the guy at check in was not friendly and definitely NOT helpful. I wanted to pay cash but apparently they charge your card at 6 pm and can't change it. Fine. Whatever. The only room available was on the third floor. As we drove around the building trying to read the room numbers (which are so tiny you can barely see them) three sketchy guys hanging out on the third floor started yelling at us. We ignored them, took our things upstairs, and guess where our room was? Right next to the drunken guys smoking on the walkway who were yelling earlier. Great. We had to then drive our car and trailer to the OTHER side of the building because of course, there is no trailer parking by our room. Or non smoking room reeked of smoke, the air conditioner was covered in ashes, there were stains on the pillowcases and sheets, the security lock looks like it's been kicked in and reattached multiple times, and best of all, a pubic hair in the bathtub. The next morning, walking to the office to check out, we saw the grass covered in dog poop (not like, oh it hasn't been picked up yet today, more like it NEVER gets picked up by either the guests OR the staff). I saw beer bottles, Swisher wrappers, and a lovely piece of hot pink and orange lingerie discarded around the walkway. We've stayed in lots of Motel 6's and know you get a bare bones experience, we don't expect a coffee maker or shampoo or anything, but good lord this place is a sketchy altogether frightening hole that you should run like the dickens away from. Do. Not. Stay. Here. Seriously not worth saving a few extra bucks!!! read more

Omg is all I can say I thought I had stayed in some dumpy motel 6's before but this one might take the cake. Trash was everywhere in parking lot an stacked up 4-5 deep under stair wells nasty nasty nasty rooms not very clean tub was peeling an dirty should have found rest area an spent night in car this place looked more like a transient hotel n drug hang out I'll never stay here again it really deserves no stars if I could give it that read more

This place used to be LaQuinta and when Motel 6 first took it over it was super nice and decently priced. Haven't stayed here for a year and wow! Why is it just because it was affordable and cheap it has it turned into a crap hole. I mean really I pull into parking lot and there's two cop cars. It still smells nice in the rooms and some decor is still left if you don't count the missing picture off the wall. Hope that you don't need any extra washcloths or towels there's only 2 in your room now. Stay if you must but don't expect much. read more

This place deserves no stars!! So to start off when i arrived at the hotel by myself to add just drove 400 miles from the east coast the attendant had an attitude. Saying if you try to sneak someone in I'll put you out. Like I didn't even have a person with me i just drove a damn bus here!!Then she put me in a disgusting as hell room. The bed never was made, looked like someone just laid the cover back on the bed. The pillows were disgusting had red juice stains and grease stains. So i went back to the front desk. And she had the audacity to tell me nothing was wrong with the room!! So i told her to go look so ten minutes later she comes back to give me keys to another room. Didn't offer me an apology nothing. Like who would lie about a nasty room?? Then the next morning i saw a housekeeper smoking in the elevator. Like wow. Very unprofessional. Don't ever stay here. Trash cans are full and trash all over the place. Only decent looking place is the front desk area. read more

It's beyond scary and disgusting here! We had to look for something else cause it's impossible to sleep in this place!!!

NIGHTMARE. Don't do it to yourself. The whole place doesn't feel safe. The rooms are disgusting and it's not even worth it to complain to the front desk because they made it seem like an inconvenience we are even here. Should have read other reviews before paying. Also, after taking all of our IDs to check in we were told that the credit card machine was broken and you have to pay cash. Not the biggest inconvenience but made NO sense. All of it feels sketchy. read more

The hospitality at motel 6 in Midwest ok, was a great experience. From the front desk to the room services. Thank you for making my stay enjoyable. read more

Really!? This place looked fine in the daytime, but turned into the hood at night. My daughter was too scared to even let me go shower! So we got outta there and checked into the LaQuinta across the street which was much better. I don't know what I was thinking. read more

Price and Tammy at the front desk earned the 1 star for this place. There were people out at all hours banging around and screaming on phones drunk. I called the overnight receptionist to make a wake up call for me at 8:30am, the receptionist didn't even let me finish and he hung up without acknowledging he heard me and then I got woken up at 7:30 instead. Considering the noise kept me up until late the extra hour would've been nice. We stopped here while we were traveling from California to Ohio and driving 8 hours a day I need more then 2 hours of sleep. Erin W. was right, this place looked nice and simple and non-threatening during the day, as soon as it got dark it turned into the Hood and I was definitely concerned about my car, which had some stuff it in since we are moving across the country. Plus the Wifi just never wanted me to stay connected for more then 2 minutes at a time. I am so displeased with this place that i am powering through the internet to write this review before I leave and check out. Will make sure not to stop here again when traveling through Oklahoma City again. read more
