The entire property was beautiful, clean, and felt much more upscale than I was expecting. The staff was great throughout our stay. Everyone we interacted with was super friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. The pool was very nice as well. We had a great time jumping in the morning before we explored the city. We also ate at the diner inside the hotel and the portions were HUGE. Definitely come hungry! The location was another big plus. It's in a great area of downtown OKC and made it really easy to get around and explore. Overall, we had a great experience here and I would absolutely stay at the Omni OKC again next time we're in Oklahoma City.

Not sure if it was due to the timing, the busy lobby, or the fact that the front desk had only 1 person working, with a long line. Once at the desk, the check-in process was smooth and quick. You need a key to access the elevator to your floor. The elevators took a long time, but it could be due to timing and the area being busy. The room is a good size, with a mini refrigerator and basic bathroom amenities, but no shower caps. You can hear clearly anyone outside in the halls walking by or talking. There was constant water flushing, with the water turning on and being used even when no one was using it in my room. And that was the constant sound throughout the entire stay, not sure if it was coming from upstairs or the rooms next to us, but it was a bit annoying. The bed wasn't comfortable, but the pillows were nice, and the sheets were so rough. There was a table with a seating area for work or eating, and a single lounge chair. If you order in-room dining, it takes 35-45 minutes, even if you need utensils. That's the time frame given, 35-45, no matter what. Over the 5 days and 4 nights, the room was cleaned only 1 time. No one knocked, no one came by, and no one even brought towels. And when you called, it took longer to receive than it did with in-room dining. I know most hotels have notes about helping preserve, etc., but for what they charge a night, they should check even if you decline service. Interaction with the staff delivering food is always pleasant. Called for the tray pickup, and it stayed in the room for hours, so I ended up just putting it outside the door and that was for each time I had in room dining I'm not sure if the experience would have been better at another time, but this one wasn't great, especially for what they charge nightly

This place was unacceptable & felt misleading from the start…read more We booked through Expedia & were never told there was a strict "no visitors" policy. At check-in, we were handed a contract to sign, and buried in it were nine words: "only registered guests would be allowed in the room." That was never explained to us, and it was not clear that it meant no visitors could even briefly stop by. But we were already locked in because we had used a third party and had already paid and the manager said he would not reimburse us. We have stayed in hundreds of hotels and have never encountered a rule like this. We traveled from Minnesota and booked a large 452 sq ft room with a large sofa and table/chairs specifically so we could have a few longtime friends visit for a couple of hours. At 8:30 p.m., those 4 adults met us outside near the pool. At 9:00 p.m., the manager came out & rudely told everyone they had to leave because the pool was closing. We understood that part. Just not how rude he was about it. However, when we invited our friends up to the room afterward to continue visiting, we were told they were not allowed anywhere on the property because of the "registered guests only" clause. The manager threatened to keep our $80 deposit if we didn't comply, leaving us no choice but to end the visit. One of those guests received a tow warning sticker on his car after being parked there for less than 30 minutes. The property was almost empty the entire time we were there, so it was not as if parking space was limited or needed for paying guests. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. The lack of transparency, hostile management behavior, and poor conditions made the stay unacceptable. We would not recommend this property to anyone.

Following a 10-11 hour drive with no sleep, my children and I crashed out after arriving at the hotel. Upon waking up, we realized that the room was filthy. The sheets had stains and the blanket had crusty residue that appeared to be regurgitated food. I could tell the stains were fresh due to the fact that they had a scent and the stains would lift upon wiping with a wet towel. I did take pictures so that the hotel couldn't deny these accusations (as they have other reviews on Google). The staff was combative when confronted and basically blamed me for the room's condition do to an early check-in. The woman -who refused to give her name, printout of the extra charges, and refused to allow me to speak with a manager- claimed that the room (209) had been "running for a few days." Meaning that they didn't properly clean the room between guests. That's disgusting. Previous guests could be ill. Previous guests could do drugs and leave remanence of fentanyl, ect.. i'm pretty sure the stains on the sheets had dead skin cells. I had two infants and two small children with me. This is not acceptable. Never, before, have I lodged a complaint against a hotel. Because I booked my stay through a third party I submitted a complaint through them. They, the third party, contacted the hotel on my behalf, and apparently were met with a non-compliant, hostile woman who refused to give her name and refused to disclose the managements phone number. According to the third party agent, the concierge was unpleasant. The female concierge hung up on the agent multiple times, stating that the room was clean, even when confronted with evidence and documentation -I took pictures and recorded the conversation when I first confronted the front desk, who claimed to be "lower management"-. I will be contacting my bank to receive a charge back. Luckily, customers have rights and because I took pictures, documented my times and interactions, and because Oklahoma is a one party consent state I should have all that I need to prove my claims. I would recommend that the readers look up all the one and two star reviews for this hotel. They are pretty consistent. I would also like to point out that the management is combative towards every negative review that has been posted. That tells you a lot about the integrity of this establishment. I would recommend that you spend your money elsewhere. You will be provided with better, cleaner, safer accommodations for less money at a better managed establishment. I will be posting pictures so that the management cannot deny my claims as they have with other reviews

We arrived at midnight on the 25th and on the morning of the 27th, I woke up with bumps on my upper back but figured it could be my tight bra straps. By the afternoon, I had visible bug bites on my left arm, stomach, upper back, neck, and breast. We decided to check the bed and sure enough, we found a HUGE bed bug. We took it to the front desk and instantly was greeted by Janet's argumentative attitude telling me it was fleas and my dogs brought them. My dogs are inside dogs and I've never had an issue with fleas. She called the housekeeper. She popped the bedbug right in front us. Sylvia, the housekeeper, was the only professional staff that I encountered. She quickly apologized to us when she confirmed it was a bed bug. Janet who tried to tell me her name was Gianna called her manager to tell her about the bed bugs, how she was so worried for a bad review with her name, and how she was being cussed out when the entire time she was gaslighting us telling us we brought them and I had no bites. We instantly were met with one of the most unprofessional attitudes from her manager. She quickly said to get off the property or she would call the police. We had asked to be moved to another room. She refused. We then asked for a refund, she refused. A few minutes later, police showed up. We were escorted off the property like criminals for bedbugs they have in room 104 who had an adjoining room. The next day I checked my credit card, this unprofessional piece of work charged my credit card for another $300+ because my dog left a "mud stain" on the sheet. Where they not planning to wash the sheets? All these interactions were recorded so they cannot deny their words and behavior. Please do not stay here. Take a look at my photos and videos with all bites and bed bug I found.

I'm currently home from spending the weekend there, and while I still prefer this hotel to others in the area, there were some issues this time around, again. Cons - as soon as I checked into my room, there were pee drops on the toilet seat, so I had to clean my own toilet. The second day, the cleaning person left me their cleaning pad on the bathroom counter. Considering the fact that they gave me the same room as before, this bathroom has got to be cursed. I also heard A LOT of noises this time around - neighbor's snores and other nightly activities (if you catch my drift), and what feels like someone hanging out in their car, blasting music for a while in the parking lot. Granted, I was on the 3rd floor and it felt like it was a few rooms down. Shower is still slippery as heck, so be mindful of this. Pros - clean bed, minimal carpeting (so less chance of bed bugs), still convenient location, etc.
