It felt like all she was doing, was rubbing lotion all over me. When she stood on my back it felt like when she was trying to break my lower back/spine because she was only pressing on the bones. I was so displeased that I asked if I could just end the Massage and pay for the 30 minutes that I was there. Instead, they gave me a different massage Therapist named Coco and she was amazing. I gave her a nice tip because she definitely deserved it, but I'm still very disappointed in the one they started me off with. I would come back only for Coco, but because of how unpleasant the initial experience for the 90 minute massage was, I'm not sure if I even want to risk going again

Shannon was very professional and her service was above expectation. The biggest complaint I have is that I walked out at 11:20 and went to the front lobby to inquire about my face massage. The front desk representative was less than helpful and just asked if I wanted to schedule another appointment. I looked through the reviews for this establishment and did see some similar complaints about a shortened service and a lack of Elevation service completely. It just feels as if I was ripped off and that's not a great feeling as a first time customer.

She really took the time to understand what pain I was in and then proceed to treat me accordingly. That was the big difference. It wasn't just about spending a certain amount of time here and then there, it was Tessie using her knowledge of the human body and where it holds tension and then effectively releasing it.
