Would be zero if I could. This place is an incredible waste. I wish my PCP would have sent me anywhere else but here. Not only are they double billing insurance and myself for supplies, but then refuses to give you any documentation on a full accounting of your account. When you refuse to pay your bill, the supplies they've ALREADY BILLED INSURANCE FOR are held ransomed. It is incredible that any medical provider wouldn't be able to produce a customer account ledger. Basic Quickbooks stuff here, folks. Oh. And NEVER try to call them. You won't reach anyone unless you direct your call to a Resp. Therapist and then tell them to transfer you to the front desk or the finance dept. Even then it doesn't work most of the time. If you have any other choice, I would urge you to avoid this business at all costs. They just look at you like an ATM-- demanding money and delivering nothing but headaches. read more

Overpriced supplies and do not disclose fees charged that are charged months after supplies were sent extremely overpriced, unreliable borders on Fraud. Very pushy sales tactics. Called in Dec 2023 advised would send CPAP supplies at no cost in March send a bill for over $100 demanding payment. the attorney general of NC needs to investigate this companies business practices! read more

I recently received a bill from 2022. I called to check to make sure the bill was correct. Kelly in billing was most helpful. She researched my account in detail and was able to correct my bill accordingly. I'm so very thankful to Kelly for her outstanding customer service. As I understand it, she is a new addition to the team, hired specifically to avoid the mistakes of their previous billing company. Glad they brought Kelly on board. read more

I just received a CPAP machine the beginning of February and have been having trouble trying to figure out the correct mask. Each time I had to go back to the office to exchange my mask, the staff is always friendly. My sleep tech was extremely helpful today, in explaining why one fit would be better than the other, I highly recommend them. read more

Worst managed company I have dealt with for many years - worse than the DMV. I used Respicare for CPAP supplies for a couple of years, then decided to try a different mask. I went to the store and bought the mask they recommended. I didn't like it - no big deal. 90 days later I left them a voice mail (they are not good at answering the phone) telling them that I wanted the original mask and a water reservoir. They shipped me the old mask! I had to go through the hassle of a return and replacement. In January, I got a voice mail telling me that they could not auto-ship my next order because they needed a signature. I ignored this because I never set up auto-ship and did not need anything. A couple of weeks later I got a shipment with yet another 'bad' mask and another reservoir. I returned these, complained to the manager, and told accounts receivable that I would not pay their invoice until they corrected their insurance claim. They never bothered, and continued to send me bills until I threatened them with filing an insurance fraud report. read more
