Exactly, how many people does it take to leave a grease/ dirt spot on a wall? I just expect anything that has to do with health care to have a sanitary, clean, antiseptic feel and look to it. To my surprise there was another patient waiting for the lab to open at 7am. I immediately got in line and quickly two more patients got in line behind me. Total of patients prior to opening =4. I can imagine how annoying this may be for an employee to get to work but the sweet girl working at the lab walked up to the door with a huge smile, greeted us and unlocked the door. We all checked in the kiosk and shortly after were called back one by one. I was in and out within 20 minutes. The lab employee was so gentle and had such a pleasant attitude! I'm so happy the visit turned out to be quick since I had to be at work. The young lady working at this lab deserves a raise for having to work all alone. She's an exceptional employee and I will be back thank to her and of due to my doctor's orders ;)

I repeated yhe insurance info was just put into the keyosk. She said they don't have info in their system, then what is the point of the keyosk?
