We did everything on-line: sign-up, input our information, pick the day and time available, then click to confirm. A few minutes later, we receive an email confirming our appointment. The day before the appointment, we get a text that says to check-in via text when we get there. We didn't need to sign-up or wait at the facility. Moments later, we are called in to get our blood drawn. It's super convenient. I give kudos to the person, or persons who created this scheduling portion. Thank you, Quest. You deserve 5 stars.

    Extremely rude /leval of stupidity involved here. I was just dropping off a sample for a client…read more They wanted insurance info which I put into the keyosk . Then they said my appointment would be in an hour and a half. I repeated I am not the patient just dropping off a fresh sample . She couldn't get that through her head. Said I had to wait for my appointment. By then I am angry . She said they didn't had my clients insurance so would penalize her by only billing her directly. I repeated yhe insurance info was just put into the keyosk. She said they don't have info in their system, then what is the point of the keyosk? Also it was strange when my client was called to repeat the sample all info was available at that time. When I went around the corner the rude was just sitting at a desk with 2 people besides me waiting. I think she should be retrained or fired
