I hired Cari for a second time because she was so hardworking and thorough 2 years ago when she organized my guest bedroom and storage area. She absolutely crushed it again, going above and beyond to get my stuff sorted by discard, donate or keep lists. She expertly disassembled bed frames, carefully packed up my fragile items (LOTS of them), and purchased boxes and other moving supplies before she began. Cari donated my chosen items to charity and discarded my rejects, and never appeared judgmental when I absolutely couldn't part with my mom's ancient Guardian Ware roasting pan set, despite my admission that I've never actually used it! She is experienced and understands how hard it is to part with some things, but also will respectfully help you decide if you ask her to. So my not being there wasn't a huge issue in the end, and I felt so relieved hiring Cari to take this on when I couldn't. Her prices are reasonable and she is worth every penny. She also happens to be a great human being, is super friendly, funny and smart! I'm hoping to hire her partner in Boulder to help me organize my new place after my things arrive. My husband and I live on the opposite coast and were unable to be as hands on as we would have liked. Cari showed up and literally took care of EVERYTHING- selling furniture, disposing of things and organizing all the things that my MIL decided to keep.     I hired Green Gloss Cleaners for a move-out job a year ago, and they did a great job in my 500…read moresquare foot space. A year later, I hired them again for two other move-out jobs. This one was about 1400 square feet. After 3.5 hours, they said they were finished. I did a walk through and found so many spots that were still dirty. I asked for those spots to be redone (there were quite a few), did another walkthrough, and ended up having to clean it again myself. Instead of offering to do a second walkthrough to make sure they didn't miss anything else, they just stood around waiting for me to point more stuff out once they thought they were finished with the spot I pointed out. For example, there were a bunch of facial hair shavings in a drawer that got missed. I asked if they could go back to clean it. They did and came back downstairs, so I went up and checked, and there were still hairs in it! So I ended up cleaning them out since I needed to get back to work quickly and didn't have time to find every last thing that didn't get cleaned in this house. As I've done a couple more walkthroughs, I've found things that need to be cleaned that are absolutely not excusable. If I'm paying $400 to have a space cleaned, part of that is for a cleaner to be able to see what needs to be cleaned and to take care of it. I canceled the third cleaning job and wouldn't recommend this company to anyone if you're counting on the space actually being clean. EDIT: I offered the option to come earlier in the day to avoid the heat or to use the air conditioner, and they chose not to do either of those. I did not receive any communication that the upstairs was too hot or that a fan was needed (which I could have provided). The cleaner said she wiped down all of the walls.     We worked with Organizers Northwest on a project to clean up our closets and help implement some…read morebetter organizational techniques for managing our kids clothes, toys, mail, books, etc. I was not sure what to think as I have never worked with an organizer before but it was an AWESOME experience. The team showed up and were really nice and professional and got to work right away. After just a couple of hours our closets and drawers were as organized as they have ever been! And on top of that we also now have a very easy system in place so that we can maintain this on our own. Big thanks to the team, they were so good that I also plan to hire them to organize my office and help me implement some better ways to manage paperwork.

    In March I was informed I had to move out of my rental of 10 years in 64 days because the landlord…read morewas gonna sell. Yikes! There was so much stuff to deal with, it was overwhelming. All my deceased parents' stuff, mine, and my kid's. Holy moly. I found Big Rocks. Whitney and Kayla came and did a consultation and walked through my house with a mover they work with. I hired both Big Rocks and the mover. (See separate review for the mover.) Big Rocks was amazing in a lot of ways, especially with the " rightsizing" i.e. helping me get rid of things. There was a LOT of Janet as Elsa " let it go" happening. They are REALLY good at that. I let a ton go. It took a lot of hours and five organizers to get us packed and out. At $85/hr per organizer, that is expensive. Make sure you understand their admin costs, travel costs, and that you are in agreement about any cleaning. I was desperate and did not review their contract as well as I should have. And check out their invoice before you pay your final bill so you don't have any surprises. If you do use them to move and have the funds, let them unpack you and coordinate on move day. I didn't do this. The boxes are mostly labelled (not all) and color coded for each room (they still didn't all land in the right places) but I still cannot find things. I have no idea where my basket of  regular favorite clean everyday clothes landed and have so far opened 8 boxes marked  "Janet clothes". A box marked " living room" had one lamp base but no 2nd matching lamp, no shades, no bulbs, and a ziploc marked " octopus bulbs" with one bulb out of 5 for my office floor lamp. I haven't found the missing items yet. It is pretty darn overwhelming and frustrating. Oh well. BTW my mom's art and my art were all packed beautifully. Of the women who helped me, Kayla and Andrea were especially compassionate, kind, and amazing but I am grateful for all of the ladies' help. If you have a smaller project like a garage or closets I would highly recommend them. I would have liked to tip them but I completely ran out of money. Anyway, just do not accumulate so much stuff like we did. Marie Kondo the heck outta your life! Do not wait!
