Unfortunately, I had trusted Jenny to help me with organizing my small 1 bedroom apt after my new move, no throwing away anything. This was not a declutter situation but packing my winter clothes into bins and unpacking my summer clothes into the closets. I'm an organized person but didn't have the time to spend organizing my clothes. I stepped out of my home while she was working, which was a mistake. A couple of items that definitely were not trash went missing including something she had advised me to order for the sake of organization. I hate to accuse anyone of theft but I'm very sure this is what I experienced from hiring her. We talked about her husband and daughters and she seemed like a kind person. I thought we were friends so this was really shocking. I have nothing against home organizers, I think everyone even organized people need them to help save time. Please be wary and never leave people you hire unsupervised. Jenny, you know what you did and I should've posted this review much sooner. I paid you your minimum, and there is still work that you owe me that I paid for. I understand that you have children to care for so I didn't file a report but this was nothing short of appalling behavior from any human being. read more

I hired Jenny from Closet Junky to come to my house and help me decide how to best arrange our kitchen items in our cabinets. Prior to her arrival, I knew that we had spacious kitchen cabinets to work with, though I struggled with placing our kitchen items in the most convenient places for everyday use. Jenny and I were able to work together by rearranging products and also searching for organizational products on Amazon. Jennifer is a quiet calm, organizing presence. I invited her into my home with great trepidation. However I needn't have worried. She quickly made me feel comfortable and that she was completely in my corner and there to help me see possibilities in my home that I hadn't noticed before. Jenny is a highly skilled organizer with an eye for design. She helps bring ease and flow so your home feels more homey. Jenny helped my family organize our entire living room play area and most of the garage in just 6 hours. She's fun to work with the time goes by so fast and it feels like a fun hangout with a friend, next thing you know your space looks beautiful and organized. My kids let go of 80% of their toys by choice while Jenny was here. She makes everything so easy.
