The prices here have gone up significantly over the past five years. A 60 minute foot reflexology is 55, and 70 minutes is $60. I recommend the 70 minute foot massage, which includes some attention to other areas of the body too. If you have a specific pressure preference, let the person on the phone know when you book your appointment, and remind the person at the desk once you arrive; that way they can pair you to the appropriate therapist, and you have a much better opportunity to get what you want. I had a session tonight with Allen, and he met my desired pressure needs well. I love a very deep massage. It was a great session all around. He targeted my areas well and was professional. This is one of my favorite places for foot reflexology in SF, and that's why I rate it five stars. Plan to tip them at least twenty percent. I tipped 28%. Note -- this is a reflexology place and not an upscale spa, so set your expectations appropriately. I feel much better after the massage.

Since this place had good reviews, I agreed, expecting a professional experience. However, throughout the massage, there was repeated touching and rubbing around my upper thigh area that felt completely unnecessary and made me very uncomfortable. What made it worse was the payment process at the end -- she stood right next to me watching while I selected the tip amount, which felt extremely awkward and pressured. Overall, the entire experience felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. I would not return.

Sumi was professional & was great w/ communication during the service . Whether if it was pressure , specific area to focus on , temperature of the hot stones used .. she gave a great experience . Also , SHES REALLY SWEET ! It was a good vibe of having little conversation & quiet time to just relax & enjoy . I really appreciated the friendliness & also the peace given . Now my fav fav part . I took my massage first , then sauna to relax after to help w/ the detox & then took the shower afterwards to freshen up . Was given plenty of water . & I honestly didn't pay attention to parking for this review .. I got passenger princess treatment . I did see some street parks though !

When I got there they were flexible with what I wanted and what they thought would be best. I had Jenny who worked out my knots and adjusted when necessary. But this is where I can't say enough good things. I took my wedding rings off and one accidentally fell into the trash and I didn't see it happen! I realized after I walked back to the hotel one of them was missing. I WAS FRANTIC! I ran back and asked them to please look. Jenny found it in the trash. I was so relieved for her HONESTY and INTEGRITY. I hugged that woman, thanked her profusely and tipped her with more cash. That was such a close call and I am grateful for Jenny & nice reception staff who took me seriously. The emotional intensity was real. Thank you Jenny!

The prices are amazing for how clean, professional, and knowledgeable the staff is. I came in for a 90 minute deep tissue massage, and they got me in the same day. Nicole was excellent, she absolutely tore up my shoulders just how I wanted her to because of a kink in my shoulder after flying. She asked if the pressure was good and even incorporated some meditation ("breathe in, breathe out"). I've already recommended this place to three other people, and I'm excited to go back!

My scalp and overall relaxation levels felt like they got a complete reboot after this massage! It was like going on a vacation and returning in 90 mins. I loved the massage therapist staff and the front desk assistance was so helpful and kind. 10/10 I would recommend and I can't wait for another dreamy Head Spa appointment. I will definitely be getting a package deal so I can come back often!

I glad I was solo, made it easier being comfortable being nude. Lots of amenities to glam up before leaving. It was calm and quiet when I arrived, and got busier as I was leaving. Staff was great, and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. They explained everything and answered questions with a smile. The place was super clean and staff actively removed used towels/swept throughout my stay. A good scrub, felt like a symboloc ritual for shedding the old for the new. I now have baby soft skin!

After the body scrub they wrap your body in a foil while they shampoo your hair and apply a face mask. The spa is small but has the essentials: sauna room, steam room, cold plunge, and jacuzzi. I will definitely come back. Only thing is it is in japantown so parking can be hard. But it was very convenient to go across into Japan Center for lunch afterwards
