Having someone who truly advocates for my well-being has made all the difference in my healing journey. What sets this practice apart is that I finally feel like I have someone in my corner. I can't express how meaningful it is to finally have a mental health professional who is genuinely rooting for me. Having someone truly on my side has given me hope and strength I didn't know I could have. For years, I felt stuck in the same destructive patterns. Sandra Wiley helps me dig deep, understand the root causes, and make behavioral changes. I wish I had found this level of care sooner. Sandra Wiley has helped me understand that relationships are co-created, and I have a responsibility to communicate my needs clearly. Learning to set boundaries has been challenging, especially with the resistance I've faced, but it's revealed the difference between genuine friends and those who only valued me when I was accommodating. I have discovered which relationships were truly supportive. It's been difficult but incredibly freeing to understand my role in co-creating healthier connections. I have also learned to walk away from toxic people I thought really cared about me. Instead, I know now, many times I was used or abused. The investment in myself is worth it. I always recommend therapy in general, but I am so glad to have found Ms. Wiley at Restoration and Wellness in Royersford, PA. My goal is definitely restored wellness.

Calls before the intake appointment indicated that they were participating with our insurance for mental health issues. After the intake appointment and an in-person visit (with the owner), it turns out that this is not precisely the case. My son needed to be seen for mental health issues, and the facility and staff are only approved for substance abuse. They knew my son had no history of substance abuse. They are not approved for mental health due to the lack of a psychiatrist (I believe no psychologist either, only licensed counselor) on staff. The owner/counselor stated they thought he would be a good fit for the program, apologized for the coverage misinformation given, and would "work with us." We ended up leaving the practice after nine visits (a mix of in-person and group appointments) as they could never give us out-of-pocket costs/co-pays. They then called and stated they would charge my credit card on file, but they didn't have one. We refused to give a card over the phone, asked why there was no insurance submission, and asked for a statement. After which, we received a bill for full costs, with no insurance submissions and multiple calls for full payment. I didn't sign any paperwork indicating I am their billing office. The director of finance, also known as the entire billing department, refused to submit to insurance, claiming they were not legally able to. If you tell me you are a participating provider with my insurance (for mental health) and are not and know that you cannot submit for insurance reimbursement, I believe you are committing fraud. Stay away!

Don't be fooled by the 4 stars…read more Here's how it works at Provive: post a negative review and your phone rings within minutes. Suddenly they're VERY interested in talking to you. But call them when your loved one is in crisis? Crickets. No callback, no urgency, no one who gives a damn. They don't earn good ratings--they manage them. The 4 stars aren't from great care, they're from pressuring people to take down honest reviews. That rating is curated, not earned. Our family trusted Provive during a mental health emergency and they completely abandoned us. No meaningful follow-up, no real support when things got worse. But their billing? Flawless. Their reputation cleanup crew? On speed dial. This place puts more energy into protecting their online image than actually helping patients. They'll ignore you when you're desperate, then suddenly find your number the moment you speak up about it. If they're calling you right now to "discuss" this review--that tells you everything you need to know. Find a provider who answers when it matters, not just when their ratings are at stake.

Laura Silverstein was hands down the best that we saw, and our marriage was trending in the right direction under her counsel. Unfortunately, we moved out of area, and so we didn't get to "graduate" to not needing a therapist under her care, but I'm confident we would have. A few years later, and after a year long separation, we visited the Philly area to attend one of her couple's workshops, as the kickoff to a reconciliation. The workshop was great, and now I get these awesome newsletters from her on things to do to keep the marriage healthy and happy. She's great. Don't wait. Go to see her if she is seeing new couples.
