Stumptown shipped my pumpkin to me in Seattle and I received it 2.5 weeks later (they quoted 3 weeks so I got it earlier). He asked to see my phone and brought up the Mobile Link App to see the Generator, said that I had 10 yr warranty on parts labor and travel so I could scglhedule a service that would be covered under warranty. He also stated that there were two known issues with generac on wifi connections, one being faulty wifi card and the other was fixed with a firmware update. when the service tech arrived he was unable to connect to my wifi. the card would not even try. He unplugged the card waiting 5 min then plugged it back in, in other words did a hard reset. then the card attempted and after two attempts connected to the internet. when the tech connected Mobile Link and explained this and requested a warranty replacement, Generac denied to cover the card saying it connected its not bad. I was told to contact Mobile link as a customer and the representative I spoke to had an issue with having to reboot the card and said she could mail me out a new card, but she could not override the previous persons decision to not warranty the card so I would have to install it myself or pay to have it installed. the next day I recieved a bill from Rocky Mountain Power Systems for $509.00, for a service call that they said would be covered under my warranty. they didn't say might be covered, they said would be covered. that is bad business ethics and they take advantage of their customers. I wish I could leave a better review, but at the present time I cannot. I called the office and voiced my concerns and was told they would past my concern to the appropriate people, someone will be getting back to you. No one has gotten back to me and nothing has been corrected, they do still send me a bill.

We had a pipe burst in our home and xtreme came out the first week of October for work. Our…read moreinsurance agent said to get an invoice asap and to stop all of the additional services as they add up quickly. The on site manager said he would get me the invoice the next week. I followed up with him repeatedly, nothing came. I followed up with the local manager several times, nothing came. We needed to make a determination on whether to pay for this ourselves or file an insurance claim. Xtreme was completely unprofessional, unreliable, and a total scam. Over 60 days later, yes, 60 DAYS later, we receive and invoice from their billing service, which was on a Thursday. I spoke with our insurance agent and decided to file a claim at that time. Our adjustor came out the following Monday and we were proceeding. The next day, Xtreme called me, emailed me in a most unprofessional way. Borderline harassment, asking for payment and said they offer a cash discount if it doesnt go through insurance. At this time, I had had the invoice for 4 business days. Now, I have had the invoice for less than 30 days. Our insurance is finalizing the claim and the expect to have everything ready in a few weeks. Extreme is putting a lien on our house because of the delay. The delay was because of them!!!!!!! I have records of each and every call, text, and email to everyone there. This is a total scam. Run from this company as fast and as far as you can!!
