Figured it would take a couple of days, and they confirmed this when I dropped it off. A full 7 days after I dropped it off, I hadn't heard anything and started calling them. I had to fight to get any information, and what information I did receive was ever-changing. Two different techs kept telling me two different things, so either they're bold-face liars or they're so disorganized they have no idea which machine goes to which customer. Despite this, they showed up with a truck that was not large enough to fit all of our furniture and items. This caused us to have to make a second trip in which we had to leave even more behind than we anticipated. They damaged a few pieces of furniture (including our couch and dining room chairs,) they scratched the floors moving out of our old residence, and they damaged a wall moving into our new residence. Management has failed to adequately address the situation despite promising they would multiple times now. If you are looking to move in the SF Bay Area, I would not suggest using Truket.

Also, immediately when I got it back, my video card had somehow been messed up. Now anything that requires a video card immediately crashes the laptop.
