Complete waste of my time. To set up the appointment for a quote, I shared I wanted to replace my…read morewood decks with composite and screen in the lower deck. It was very clear. Spent an hour at my house discussing and taking measurements. Waited nearly two weeks for the quote and get a call they don't "replace" and confirmed they said they only do new construction per the "manager". Missed HOA deadline for May due to waiting on this final quote to make my decision to submit the application. Frustrating. They clearly didn't want the job or update your website to remove "deck replacement".
