After a lifetime of poor health and pain, I'm finally experiencing the energy and quality of life I…read moreneed to take care of my family as I've always hoped to thanks to the excellent care and intelligent, dedicated, experienced professionals at Blau Family Chiropractic and Integrated Wellness. All the staff members I've had the pleasure of speaking with are professional, yet personable and friendly. Every step of the way they keep you well-informed and leave plenty of time for asking questions. They are very respectful and put you at ease. I love how they combine gentle, hands-on, natural approaches to care with technology that actually objectively measures your progress. I was initially skeptical about the use of tech and integrating other specialties such as naturopathy in a chiropractor's office because I've been seeing chiropractors since I was a child and hadn't experienced more than an occasional x-ray or therapeutic massage before. I'm so glad I went through their complete process because it's resulted in excellent stamina, almost no chronic pain in spite of my many structural anomalies, and complete elimination of my severe digestive distress! I highly recommend that anyone with the slightest dissatisfaction in their energy or physical or even mental state for any reason give their office a call and get started! Definitely take all their advice to heart because it's absolutely more than worth it!

He takes the time to listen to my concerns and goals, really thinks about the issue, and comes up with a realistic plan that has me feeling better asap. Most recently I came in for some foot pain that the doctor was sure was tendonitis, Jeff realized it was an alignment issue, and resolved weeks of pain with one adjustment! For issues that require home exercises, it's easy to sometimes do the right movements with the wrong muscles. Jeff makes sure you learn how to do them with helpful physical and verbal queues as you're doing them, which makes a huge difference in how relevant they feel and how effective they are. I'm so grateful to Pro pt for keeping me healthy and doing the activities I enjoy, I recommend them to all my friends, the people at my gym, servers at restaurants, anyone who needs or might need a physical therapist!
