When I got to his office and parked. I got out of my vehicle to a bloody tampon in the parking lot. I walked past that and into the front door to outdated furniture in the lobby. I went to the desk to check in and they didn't know I had an appointment and could not find my paperwork. When they finally found my paperwork and got me checked in I waited quite a while in the wiring room in extreme pain. When I finally got to talk to the Dr he was very dismissive and condescending. He told me I think about pain too much and if I just don't think about it...it will go away. I have been in pain since 1996 when I had my first surgery and thd pain has gradually got worse. What a complete joke. If you are looking to manage your pain with a doctor that has compassion PLEASE STEER CLEER OF THIS PLACE. IT IS A JOKE!!!!

This review is for the office manager at the clinic on doctor's court Oshkosh. I have seen Dr…read moreJoseph in the past over a year and a half ago. Tbh it didn't go well to say the least. The nurse at the time, Courtney, felt bad for me and actually gave me a referral to a Dr that left that practice. Dr Albala in Appleton. Currently I still see him but a problem recently occurred and he still hasn't acknowledged that my explanation is even possible to this day. Too crazy of a story to even get into. Anyway I decided to make an appointment with Dr Joseph once again and figured I have nothing to lose at this point. To my amazement and I mean amazement the office manager answered the phone and I ended up talking her ear off. She was so knowledgeable and more importantly, understanding and compassionate. My story is so complex and I have a series of health problems currently. Everything from a black left foot, recent kidney stone surgery(11mm and yes worst pain ever), to a mass in my right flank(praying it's not the big C). Aurora wanted to do ER surgery and take my appendix out along with some of my large intestines. Thank god I asked questions and stopped them from proceeding but unfortunately I still have the mass. Anyway this young gal listened and let me ramble for more than an hour. I even said I'm sure you don't want to hear what I've been through. She said no please continue. Anyway, I swore she was a doctor. She gave me more information than every specialist I have seen in the past. Even diagnosed my left black foot and she may be right. Mind you this is all over the phone. I just called to get an appointment and said my story is complicated but since I'm trying to clear my good name I wanted an opportunity to do it with Dr Joseph as well. She proceeded to coax my entire health history out of me and honestly I'm searching the internet next to see if she may be right. What a wonderful gal and smart to say the least. I've been there before and honestly barely ever had a conversation with her. I just thought she was going through the daily grind. She should seriously consider doing something else to help people because she has a gift. I'll find out her name and add it at a later time. For now I hope she calls me back like she said she would after she speaks with Dr Joseph. My fingers are crossed and I'm excited that maybe she was correct about my black foot at least. I'd like to thank her is why I'm leaving this review and she also must think I'm crazy because I told her I loved her before I hung up. lol. I'm serious though what a good person. If you know whom I'm talking about and had a similar experience you said leave a review as well. Most people only right negative reviews but should also take the time when someone does something exceptional. Thank you office manager. You have no idea how you changed my mind that there still are some genuine, caring people left in this crazy a$$ world.

My dad was moved to Bethel from Theda Clark hospital after suffering a catastrophic brain stem…read morestroke. The stroke happened Feb 13 2026 and after he spent 3 weeks in the ICU, he was stabilized and moved to Bethel to continue his mental, physical and speech rehabilitation. My dad was a very energetic, loving strong man prior to the stroke. He was recovering. He was regaining the speech, his sight and some mobility that was lost. At Bethel, there were several issues that arose regarding his care and we were assured by the staff that he was being well taken care of but we continued to see very concerning issues. There are 7 of us. And our spouses and our mom. Some of the concerns were that his PEG tube wasn't secure allowing him to grab it or touch the wound with unclean hands. Hands that were unclean due to the diarrhea he was sitting in for an uncomfortably long time. This diarrhea was caused by an antibiotic he couldn't tolerate. And the diareaa was highly acidic. You can imagine where I'm going with this. He developed an infection in his abdomen, and he quickly went down hill. There was no significant increase in his fluid intake, even though he was experiencing extreme fluid loss. He suffered a heart attack due to high potassium levels from severe dehydration and ultimately this ended his life. Please think very carefully before you choose to bring your loved one here for care.
