They offer complimentary breakfast which consist of buffet style and typical American breakfast offerings. The Inn is historic and has that look and feel of old time luxury with high ceilings, wood floors, and massive foyer/staircase with beautiful chandelier. They have free WiFi and I was able to get a lot of work done at the desk located in the room, in addition to getting great sleep on their oversized plush king size bed. Overall if you want something u I que and different, and don't mind spending a little bit more, this place is definitely for you!

We are already planning on stopping here again next year. The hotel was comfortable and clean and the employees were very nice. The outdoor pool was nice and private. Our room was clean and I loved the decor. Breakfast was just so so for me - we've had better at other Hamptons - but it filled us up so we didn't have to stop anywhere else before we got back on the road. We contacted the desk and was told it was an "Act of God" with which we agree. We then asked if they had a backup generator and told "No" which I believe is poor planning similar to the Titanic not having enough lifeboats. We were stuck on the third floor room in the dark with no A/C until 3:14 am the next morning. Having mobility issues preventing me from using the stairs. There is a Warning sign near the elevators saying in an emergency use the stairs not the elevator in an emergency. There was/is no plan to evacuate mobility challenged in case of fire or other emergency requiring a rapid exit, We contacted Hilton's Customer Service who said they would not discount the bill in anyway and as to the "mobility" room being on the 3rd floor "Use the stairs!" I wonder if they ever tried going down 3 flights of stairs at 78 years old in a wheelchair! We will never stay at a Hilton again!

None of this was mentioned anywhere during the reservation process. The TV was not working properly, the bathroom was filthy, and the room on a whole was a hot mess. I had a blanket with me, so I figured, I would lay that on the bed, get a few hours of sleep, and be on my way. I got a call from a family member, who wanted to come visit/spend the night, and I just couldn't do it, so I wound up checking out and going to another hotel. The ONLY bright spot was the lady at the front desk. I wish I could remember her name, but she was very friendly, professional, and helpful. She definitely deserves to work at a better spot than this. I wish I had taken more pics, but I wasn't there long enough. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere other than here.

We went to address these issues and the front young lady at the desk was nice. She apologized on behalf of the cleaning crew and offered a key to check out a deluxe room before checking out entirely. Let me just say that.. walking to the deluxe room through the center, it felt like I was walking through either the Wild West or a prison courtyard. Lots of noise, kids running around at 10pm, eerie looks from above from the party goers. I felt like at any minute something was going to go down. Arriving to this "deluxe" room, the key didn't work... I tried 3 times and couldn't get it. I couldn't have been doing it wrong cause I opened the door to the first room. Oh well.. We stopped by the front desk and she was still very apologetic. We received our refund no problem at all. We quickly walked up to our room and packed. I can't make this up but as we're coming down the stairs closest to the parking lot. Both my wife and I walked right by what appeared to be a drug transaction. The holiday inn and/or quality inn.. would be more suitable for traveling families or anyone who doesn't want to sleep with one eye open lol

We were setting in the lobby area having coffee and they kept adjusting the temperature. They say at a table and refused to make more coffee. On the morning of the 8th I had to flag down housekeeping to change me sheets and leave towels. They ran a dust mop over the bathroom and entry vinyl and pushed the dirt in a corner. From the looks of that corner it was numerous times. No service was done on the 9th at all. So we had no fresh towels. We noticed we were all getting red bug bites all over us (we had 11 rooms in our reunion group). Breakfast was lacking but the weekend staff did not want to make any more of the sausage, Baccon and hash browns once they were gone. Once coffee was gone they did not want to make any. Not a very pleasant stay and we will definitely use a different facility next year.

Plenty of seating- lounging areas for your comfort. Our room was absolutely beautiful, there was a balcony with rocking chairs. The room is large with a refrigerator, bar area, small kitchen table and luxury vinyl flooring & couch seating area.. The bed was comfortable and all amenities were upscale. One downside is that there is no tub and my wife enjoys a nice, soaking, hot bath. No option there. Really, this was a nice stay, but most of the amenities were closed due to Covid and it was a Monday night, weeknight, so the bar area was closed. It looks to be a very nice hotel if things were back to normal.
