Very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful!!!We used this company for our daughters prom, there were 11 girls and 4 different locations to pick up from. When the bus got to us it wasn't the bus thats in the photo and what was promised wasn't delivered. There was suppose to be waters and snacks, t.v. and music through Bluetooth but we filled the cooler and had to give them a cord to play music..There was trash still in the garbage can and a little trash near the front of the seats, I called the owner because the driver gave a different price then what we had agreed on. We paid $1,360 and $1100 of that was in cash at his request the day of prom.. I questioned the use of cash but he said it was so that we don't get charged a service fee for using a credit card. That was the first red flag but looking at his reviews I didnt think it was a problem. He only had 1 bad review and it was about being late. I found a few more after i complained so im assuming that he removes the bad reviews. He called the driver then took care of the price issue but told me that he was on another job and wouldn't be able to talk to call him later about any issues. The next day when my daughter returned home she told me that they FOUND food, beer cans, cups and a pair of THONG PANTIES under/ behind the seat. I called him to let him know and he lost his mind!!! He accused us of lying, then said the kids brought the beer on the bus, kept talking over me and the told me to shut up and listen to him. He asked if the girls took pictures of what they found if not he didn't want to hear it because we should've said something the night of. Who want to take a pic of someone's dirty panties?? I told him what he said then he tried to switch his story then put the driver on a 3 way and questioned her about the trash and panties. Her response was I cleaned the bus and threw the trash out at the gas station but if there was trash then someone should've told her but why should I have to tell you to do your job? He admitted that he didn't inspect the bus but said the kids shouldn't have been digging under or behind the seats so now its their fault that your bus was dirty. He continued to argue with me after I asked for a refund then hung up on me, I called back and he became more rude and disrespectful and said if there was an issue then we could have declined the ride but this happen on the ride and he basically wanted to leave 11 teenage girls stranded on prom night. I only asked for a 10% refund but he asked who paid for it and to let him talk to that person because I can't say anything, dad paid for the ride but I signed the contract therefore I can ask for the refund. He hung up on me again so now I'm going to send his business information to the news station to do a consumer report about this company and other party bus and limo services. He is scamming us and the IRS and not delivering what he promised. ***In response to your comment dude, the tip was given when we paid for the ride just in case dad didn't follow the bus and the drivers were actually nice until she lied about cleaning the bus and that conversation with you and her was the next day. I only want an apology for your behavior and a 50% refund until then I will continue to let people know about your bad service and disrespectful attitude.
