He was knowledgeable and honest enough to let us know that the shingles that we have, & the ice and water issues we were experiencing, are actually due to a ongoing lawsuit with the manufacturer. He could've easily not told us that and charged us to do a whole new roof. He continuously worked with us for the following 6 months helping provide any information pictures, etc. so we can make a claim to get our roof covered. I submitted them as my preferred roofer of choice to fix the issue. Once everything was settled with the manufacturer, we were able to move forward with a new roof with Firefighter. They were professional, on time, skilled laborers, and did a beautiful job redoing everything. We had a couple of hiccups, they remedied everything quickly without hesitation. Overall, we had a fantastic experience! Kelton is the man!! We will be using them going forward & recommending them to friends and family. Thank you!

Hugh of Roof Doctors was recommended to me by a realtor friend. I contacted several roofing…read morecompanies when I found out I needed the roof replaced. It boiled down to Roof Doctors and one other company very quickly. The other company was just as patient answering my questions as Hugh, just as thorough in their answers (me, I'm a tad compulsive and I had a *lot* of questions), but for me the difference was that when I got busy and didn't get back to them, Hugh took the initiative to get back with me. Not in a pushy salesman way at all, but rather like someone I could depend on to carry the ball. And that held true throughout the process. I have a small house, a little over 1200 sf, and they had the roof on in two days. I had an aluminum tile roof and Hugh checked with me and, with my agreement, arranged for a recycler to collect the aluminum. After the holidays were over, Hugh followed up with me and installed my choice of venting. (I was considering solar attic fans but he clued me in that they don't have a rep for moving much air (I finally found the number: a mere 250 cfm -- think a really cheap range hood) and on top of that, the fact that the motors in these electric roof fans tend to last only 6 to 7 yrs. I was really glad for the enlightenment, and could see no point in adding to my maintenance chores for so little return on investment, so I went with the old style turbine.) I'd hire Roof Doctors again in a heartbeat and am delighted to recommend them to anyone in need of a roofer.

With the barrage of storms from last week, and this week, we sustained roofing issues, leaky ceilings, and a fireplace vent pipe cap that flew off our rooftop. I contacted Mike this past Monday, and he promptly reached out to me within minutes. I contacted two other roofing companies during the weekend, and none of them have yet to contact me. Mike was able to visit my home yesterday afternoon during the down pour and he was able to assess the root cause of our roofing issues and leak to our entry foyer. Due to yesterday's rain, it was unsafe to fix the items and decided to wait until the following the day until the weather cleared up. Mike and Aiden were able to successfully cover-up a 1.5 inch gap between the bricks and window form board with mortar. Heavy wind and rain gushed in between this opening causing my foyer ceiling and drywall to leak, crack, and peel. In addition, they hammered down a protruding rusted nail in one of our shingles, near the window, and properly sealed it. Lastly, Mike and Aiden were able to successfully affix and place the vent pipe cap on our rooftop which had flown off during the initial storm last week. I HIGHLY and IMMENSELY RECOMMEND Mike and his entire team at Zeus Exteriors!!! From their expert knowledge, craftsmanship, amazing customer service, and over 2 decades of experience, they will always be our go-to roofing company, and will continue to recommend them to all my family members, neighbors, friends, and colleagues.
