The man who came to fix the leak didn't know how to find the leak. He made 7 holes in my walls. I paid him 2400.00 to fix the leak . He informed me at the end that Alco doesn't fix holes . I would have to get a sheetrock man. Then he said he could fix it but it would cost 350. He came when he got off work each day and made a huge mess. This went on for about a week. I finally found someone else who would come back and fix it for me. He did a beautiful job, but that cost another 900.00. Not to mention the job turned out to NOT be a 2400.00 job like they estimated. I would have much rather paid by the hour. Live and learn.

I had asked about a veteran discount to try and get the higher than expected price down a bit. He said he had already given me a discount, so he couldn't do that as well. Wasn't sure what the discount was, but if they do have a veterans discount it's probably better than the ~6% savings from the one he gave me. Work quality (as far as I can tell) was good, but price is extremely high considering the time and parts required. Won't be my first choice next time we have an issue.

Then, after a week of calling , the manager begrudgingly sends two apprentices? who install a very precarious Dr.Suess apparatus to route gas line away from vent ..The apprentices /young men installed while mostly on the phone with Dr. Suess?..Meanwhile, stating "We are not sure if we will have to charge you" After we moved the dryer vent (we paid our contractor because we no longer had faith that this company would do it properly)it was reinstalled in an acceptable manner. I waited to review because this company gave the vibes that they would retaliate by some bogus charges . C. Woods technician also set out water heater on continuous VS demand which continually heats the water instead of when on demand-which depletes your gas much faster. There was no conversation about this. I found this company reckless and indifferent to this project , probaly because we are not in an affluent neighborhood and I believe they have some corporate accounts. Luckily, I was able to find the names and emails of the general managers of this company in case they try to send a delayed bill. Just like many established companies, poor attitude/work ethic will eventually run this company into the ground. I will try to post a picture of the original job.

They were fast and efficient. Then they entered the house and checked several things for us to make sure all was good. They even changed a fluorescent light fixture and the kitchen is so much brighter!!! Thanks to Brandon and Sandy in the office. They helped me with financing and we couldn't be happier. I have no more fear about electric stuff in my home. Now they are coming back to install central air and heat. They also completely replaced my neighbors electrical. I took my Classic truck to Moe's (Pro Automotive, ha), he diagnosed my truck and stated it had a…read morefuel pump timing code, which he showed me on the machine. When he finished his diagnosis, he quoted me $400-$500 to reset the pump timing only. That was all that was authorized. When I Finally got notified my vehicle was ready, I went to pick it up, and was horrified at what he had done with no notification, authorization, and some things he altered under the hood. Not once did Moe contact me about anything needing to be replaced, had no authority to make said changes, and to top it off, he removed my Factory Black timing cover, and replaced it with a mustard yellow cover, which by the way, was unnecessary to start with. Moe, in my opinion has no clue about diesel repairs! I am now having to take legal action, as Mr. Moe, will not even answer my calls, text, and I've had to send a demand letter to Moe's Pro Automotive, which I don't expect he will respond to. I wouldn't recommend Moe's Pro Automotive to fix a bicycle wheel, much less a vehicle. He greatly devalued my Classic truck, by making unauthorized, no notification modifications to my truck! Then presented me with a $1200 invoice for all that he did to my once stock truck.
