I think they did an amazing job with this haunting. They made sure everyone was in larger groups for safety. The third floor is completely dark! Be prepared as there is. Spot where you have to walk through some inflated thing. My sister and I did not know and got lost but one of the scary but helpful person turned us around and helped us. I used to work at a haunt and I'm insane enough that the only person who scared me was a mime who didn't even talk! They are not allowed to touch you so everyone who is extremely scared just remember that and then it is a little less scary knowing not a single person can hurt you! read more

They aren't kidding about the claustrophobic parts. As far as haunted houses go- you're standard gore, screams, etc. But it's the dark room on the third floor that did it for me. I simply hated that. Can't do it. Won't be back. It's definitely a scary attraction but the darkness and the maze isn't something I want to do again. If you're prone to punching out frustration and fear- skip this one. If you hate dark tight spaces- skip this one. If you want to push yourself- it's definitely going to accomplish that (and it is actually scarier than the other big one in town). read more

Me and my dad went here in October and I was terrified to go. I was looking at other people's videos and photos and the actors seemed super scary. Me and my dad got here and the place looked like someone had bough a shop and made it a huanted house which is super cool. It was around other small shops and restaurants. We got there and got our tickets and the people where super nice. We went on a Wednesday night at like 8 25 and there was no line. While we where in line there was this clown with amazing makeup and a tin can with coin inside and he shook it right by me which scared me a lot. When we got inside the first area we where greeted to a not dressed up person explains the rules to us in a dark creep room then we were off. At the beginning I was super scared and the place looked super amazing and very well put together. The people asked you to tell them what actor was your favorite when you get out. There was I belive about 3 floors and on the first one it was like a super creepy doll area and a kitchen I belive then on the second they made you put on 3d Valles and walk through this neon area which people where popping out at you and was super cool and there where floors that move! On the third floor we walked up the stairs and had a actor lead up in this maze with a flashlight it was super dark and then she said keep your right hand on the wall and on hand on the person infront of you because a lot of people get lost. As me and my dad stared walking in pitch blackness we heard sound and footsteps and there where actors scarring you in pitch black! There where parts such as a school house and others that had light but you had to go back to darkness. At the end there is more super amazing parts and actors. Everything was fine until one of the security guards came up to us and yelled at my boyfriend accusing him of talking bad about the girls/actresses which he didn't and proceeded to follow us through the rest of the experience which ruined it for us. read more

Such a fun experience. Had a blast with our group, the actors were incredibly talented and the owner was great to talk to after in the gift shop. Such a lucrative layout, with very passionate individuals running the show. Best Haunted House. Three floors. Each room on the first floor has different themes, like doll, slaughterhouse, ect. while the second floor is clown and crazy themed (you get 3D glasses) and third floor is pitch black. Great scares. Awesome actors with great costumes, makeup and engagement. Smooth operation - you can buy tickets online, wait time isn't long, and rules are clear. Staff were kind and helpful. Superb haunt. Absolute great night! A unique personal experience, with well thought out rooms/moments. Staff are friendly, pleasant, and frightening! Some really good scares with no big groups or long waits. They even have areas thats just a quick breather, and they help set the mood of the night so well. Allows for a easy going pace, which in turn sets its self up for great scares. That was the worst experience. I paid $60 for 3 tickets for an 8 o'clock time, waited in line for AN HOUR & wasn't even next in line. it was ridiculous, we went to leave and ask for a refund and the woman yelled through the window "no refunds". Do not waste your money. read more

We had a fun time at this haunt! I loved that they give you a history of the building before you start, it is fun and adds to the spooky atmosphere. The haunt itself is pretty cool. The best part in my opinion is where they have you in complete darkness navigating a maze! That was really fun. But to keep it feeling scary, I think they should play creepy sound effects and things like that. Otherwise it feels more like a game in my opinion. The adult actors were quite good. The only thing I really didn't like (and the reason I took it down to four stars) is the child actors. They just plain aren't scary. I'm only 5'4", so if someone is a full head shorter than me, it's not going to be even a little bit spooky. Not only are they not great size-wise, they aren't good actors either. They talk too much (what kid doesn't?) and it takes away from the scariness of the haunt. My tips for the owners are 1. MORE actors, and 2. No more child actors. For anyone wanting to try this haunt, you should! It's a unique experience in a cool old building and I think it's worth what we paid. There is a short part with 3D glasses that was pretty neat too, though it could have been scarier. I'd recommend giving it a try, you can beat the price. read more
