It would have been a fairly substantial order had they shown the slightest interest. As we were leaving I found both employees sitting at the register texting and chatting amongst themselves. I made them aware of the lost sale and I received a Luke warm "sorry" from the male. The second employee could not be bothered to put her phone down to acknowledge me. Disgraceful conduct. This was around 2:45pm on Monday 10/20/25 at the Frankfort Ky location. Do better or better be packing to close down.

They promised me a promotional rate and three months of covered rental insurance. Despite me providing proof of my own active insurance policy, they deliberately charged me for their own insurance at the start of the third month and point-blank refused to refund the money. It is clear that their business model relies on trapping customers in unauthorized charges and then hiding behind "administrative requirements" to keep your money. To make matters worse, the units are not the size they advertise. They consistently shave inches off the units--likely to cram more people into the facility--meaning you are paying for space you are not actually receiving. When I challenged them on this, they tried to offer me a "credit" for a unit I am already moving out of, showing that they have no intention of ever actually making things right. This is a dishonest, money-grabbing operation. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.
