I needed a new color for my cat and decided to see what PetSmart had available…read more This location has cats for adoption and doggy day care. They have a nice selection of pet food and treats. I did find the isle with the cat collars and was happy to see they had a nice selection. Since my cat is indoor and outdoor, I always get him a collar with the easy release. I made my selection and headed to the checkout. I had to wait for an employee to come to the checkout because nobody was there. They seem very understaffed for such a large store. I was very happy with my purchase and hope my cat likes it.

Zero compassion, zero accountability, zero customer service. I took my 8 month old yorkie puppy…read morethere for Doggie Day Camp. We were visiting family in California and had a couple events where we needed care. We certainly did not receive that. The first time we took her, we thought she would have a great time because she loves other dogs and loves to play. Left her with some treats and were given the camera QR code to see how she was doing. Unfortunately she was scared the entire time when we checked in on her and she either sat alone or next to the human that was watching over the group of dogs. There was every size of dog and they told me that they combined them that day with the overnighters because there was not that many. I would guess there was around 12-15 dogs in one room. I wasn't happy but it certainly was not their fault that she was scared. When we picked her up she stunk so bad that I had to bathe her as soon as we got back to our AirBnB. The following Sunday we needed care again and we thought maybe she would be a little familiar with the environment and it would be a good thing to socialize her more. That day on the way there, I logged into the cameras but they were not working. When we got there, we were told that they were down and had been down for a couple of days. People had been calling them to see what was wrong!!! If that was the case why would you not fix it right away??! A camera for us fur parents is critical to see how your dog is doing. At least for us it is! When we arrived to pick her up, the Doggie Day Care room was empty, no sign of our puppy. They brought her out, it was obvious it was a traumatic day for her again. Since then I have attempted a number of times to get some compassion from PetSmart. Sending messages to them repeatedly about what happened. An "I'm so sorry, I was the one there, I gave her food, she ate it all and gave her treats to her, she was fine", just wasn't enough. Well I didn't drop her off with food!! Total BS. And how would I know because the cameras didn't work, I never saw her all afternoon! I don't know she was FINE. It just never sat well with me, so I reached out again. Then one day, I get a phone call from someone (I can't even keep track of who I spoke to), and at that time I couldn't take the call. She did call me back when I asked and then told me that she would arrange for a refund and I could come to the store and get it. Well, I live in another state! So she said that she would arrange for the refund to be at my local PetSmart. I went there and the manager there told me that he had no idea what I was talking about and had no authority to issue me a refund. He said that I should contact a regional manager to help me. Tried that and got crickets. Nothing. No help. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND PETSMART OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Chewy, PetCo, Amazon and local pet stores will be where I buy items for my animals. I recommend you all to do the same and NEVER use Almaden PetSmart. Note: The photos are from her first day at Doggie Day Camp.

Love this place. Always come here before my doggie's birthday to shop for her birthday cakes,…read morehats, and treats. They have extensive selections of doggie clothes, toys or anything you can think of. Got some cute dresses for her too. There isn't that many stores that carry so many items for dogs. This place is actually pretty big with lots of items to choose from. Recently when we went there, found out that their lease won't be renewed and will be closing their stores. Hopefully the owner will find a new location and open another store again. We'll miss this store for sure.

We found this place through Yelp and it was the closest to our all of our errands we had to run. We called beforehand and for holiday season, they were closing early at 2pm. We went around 12pm and the boutique was quite busy. The store is small inside, so it was hard to maneuver down the aisles to look around. I think because they are closing shop soon, so most products inside had a certain percentage off. We ended up getting our fur babies a knitted beanie, a jersey along with the baked goods they had available such as the cupcakes and peanut butter bites. Even after the store closing discounts, we found the total price to be expensive but we didn't really mind because it was for our pitty's birthday. The baked goods section is what it seems like most people come for. I read comments on Yelp after we had went here saying that other people's babies got sick from the treats and baked goods. We got lucky that three of our babies turned out fine after eating it, they seemed to really enjoy the treats. Only downside was that I did feel like the workers here really watch and somewhat follow you around the store. My boyfriend was in line for the baked goods, so I went to take a look around at the accessories (collars, leash and toys) but felt like the worker kept watching me so I got uncomfortable and eventually went back in line with my boyfriend. We had a good experience with the owner herself though since she was the one who helped us packaging the pastries.

We later realized we most likely need a bigger tank as these red comets grow like kois... we had intentions of getting fish that only grows a few inches and without needing a bigger tank. We asked for the easiest fish to raise... but we should have asked easiest fish to raise that stays small! *facepalm* Overall good shopping experience...

The guy (I dont know if he is the owner) has always been nice even though im only coming in to look for new discus fish, he has never treated me badly for not buying. When he does have discus, its always priced very fair and in good condition, if the fish are sick he will let me know ahead of time and to address the past review about fish being sick is that fish get sick all the time due to the stress environment even if they're not sick at the time of purchase, once you add it to your aquarium can get sick from the environment you put them into so its not always the place you bought it and it's just part of the process. This place has always been upfront and honest about everything and informational when fish starting out with purchasing a type of species of any fish. I've also bought fish here that died under my care but I take 100% responsibility. I will continue to come here and purchase.

All the kids had so much fun running around and exploring. They also had little animal statues that the kids loved. They had a good selection of food trucks with yummy food. I highly recommend attending, and we will be going back next year.

In fact all the Pumpkins at the Festival were provided by Jacobs Farms--so kudos to them for that! I'm not usually a fan of festivals, but this one is different: it's mostly free and heavily promotes outdoor activities --which I'm all for. Plus, the venue of Martial Cottle is the perfect place to hold this event, and I can't wait for next year.
