Daniel worked with me closely to understand my issues, displayed a lot of expertise, and crafted a custom work-out regime that evolved over time. 2 years later, my pains have dramatically reduced and I'm able to do all the activities I want (including tennis). He's also started to help with my back and wrist issues, with great effect. I feel like I'm in the best shape of my life, at 39!

I'm not a fan. The…read moretrainers are nice enough, but they often made corrections to my form that put my body out of alignment, which is potentially dangerous. And one of them added me as a friend on Facebook, but then used their feed to try and promote yet another business they own. That struck me as rather tacky. The nutritionist I worked with is no longer there (thankfully), but she was incredibly rude to me. I had to cancel an appointment with her because I was sick, so I sent her an email telling her I was sorry and needed to reschedule. Her response was terse, and she told me it was a huge inconvenience for her to have raced down to the studio only to find that I needed to cancel. This bothers me for a few reasons: 1) I was sincere in my apology. 2) I didn't want to go to the studio and make anyone else sick. 3) If morning appointments are so inconvenient for her, why did she schedule one? I could have easily gone in the afternoon or the evening. Finally, I bought a six-month membership. When I checked my bank statement, I found out they were still billing me each month. Upon contacting them, I was told something along the lines of, "I'm sorry you misunderstood our contract, and the membership automatically renews until you cancel it." After 5 months, I stopped going, but honored my commitment to pay for 6 months only to be billed for an additional three. I know this is standard practice for many gyms, but this tells me their priority is simply making $$$ with very little regard for their customers.

On a scale, I am usually a 4 on the pep, she was an 11, frankly impressive. I made the comment to the manager, not Jenna. The manager responded by disclosing inappropriate information about this employees personal history. I had not thought about this interaction again since leaving. This morning, I received a threatening message via social media from the manager, Chris(I think his name is). As a person of color and a female, I feel scared for the future customers of this business.

Mainly because of the trainer I had at the time, who is no longer with LiveFit. He makes a point of learning everyone's names and uses them throughout the hour. I like that every workout isn't the same and the hour seems to fly by. The group also has something to do with that, a lot of banter and camaraderie. Great people to work out alongside. I've only done a week, but I can tell that my cardio and strength has improved.
