It is clean. And it is full of people focused on lifting. I was a bit overwhelmed with the variety of equipment, but that variety is a really good thing. You can find any piece of equipment you have ever used, and if you are not super picky, you never have to wait. Really a nice setup. Chris, the owner, is often present, and seems very available through email and txt. Certainly keeps the place running well, and given his experience, he is surely a valuable resource. I was a little put off by the political and religious signs; I want to work out, not get riled up. But, I never heard any religious or political discussions, and so none of that got in the way of my workout.

Smiles and no drama from a gym is always a good thing. Unfortunately I canceled my AF membership last week because of the retaliation that the Old Town location gave to my responding to their corporate survey asking for my "candid feedback". In response to my candid feedback they deactivated my key fab because I gave them "unsolicited advice". This is a great gym and in my experience they are professional and kind.

As soon as I entered we were politely greeted and asked if we would like a tour of the gym. Levi (one of the owners) came right over and gave my son and I a tour. I'm glad he did because we were able to see and hear all about what the gym has to offer. The apparel was really good looking and great quality. There's a corner for supplements, barbershop inside, lounge area to hang out, sauna, and even a cold plunge (you don't see this in many gyms)!!! Another highlight to the gym was the posing room. YES, flexing and showing off all the gains is a plus in this room. It's a really unique setup that has several lights and mirrors. All the equipment was superb, nicely organized, and very spacious. There is always someone ensuring the floors are clean and stuff is put where it belongs. The members keep to themselves and any interactions are usually short and asking if someone is in the way of someone else haha. I never feel judged here because everyone is focused on bettering themselves. I truly am so comfortable here. The women's locker room is clean and roomy. I love utilizing the sauna after my workouts. Signing up online was a breeze! I chose to check out the Crunch One Kickoff to meet with a Personal Trainer and see what the prices were like. I ended up signing up with Kameron D. and have so far enjoyed it. Unfortunately a family emergency took me away from Fort Collins for about two months, so progress isn't really something I can comment on right now. But the first sessions were great, and I do feel like I'm being challenged and learning a lot. Excited to get back into a routine now that I'm home and it's a new year. To note: right when my family emergency came up, the manager was extremely kind and empathetic and answered all of my questions I had about leaving/returning for the personal training. I am very grateful for the way he handled it. The childcare is such a blessing too! All of the ladies working are so friendly and treat the kids so well and there is so much for them to do!
