The two physicians who I saw about my diagnosis were dismissive of my complaints and medical history... and that's as an educated, medically literate middle-class white female, so I can't imagine what it's like for others.

Also, the receptionist and nurses who work there are all kind, which is unfortunately not a given in doctors' offices. I used to see Linda, who has retired in the past year, but I've consulted with Dolores who is great (I never saw her for an exam because she's married to my former boss which is just a little too close for comfort!). Since Linda retired I've been going to Jennifer, who is around my age, easy to talk to and very, very thorough. She always makes sure she knows my exact medical history and if there's ever a question she takes the extra minute or so to go into the files and double check. That, ladies, is the sign of a great healthcare professional. Hopefully she stays with the practice for good because I'm very happy with my care there.

Horrible and dehumanizing! I was a patient at the Delran Alliance OB/GYN for 10+ years. I…read morecomplained of severe menstrual cramps and excessive bleeding constantly, to the point that I couldnt leave my house for 2-3 days every month, and was repeatedly told it was "normal" by 3 different nurse practitioners. I had ultrasounds that showed cysts on my ovary (more than once) and wasnt tested/treated. Instead I was told, each time, to come back in a few weeks. Dr. O himself diagnosed me with fibroids that had shown up on an ultrasound the year prior (that NO ONE called me about) and nothing was done. Each time I'd call after blood work and ultrasounds were done, I was told all is normal, just like the pain I was constantly in. I ended up finding a new gyno, for obvious reasons. The new Dr. not only took me seriously, she ran tests and started me on a birth control and a pain management plan. Ultimately nothing worked and I ended up recently having to have a hysterectomy. Low and behold, I had stage 4 Adenomyosis. Had birth control and pain management been started sooner, it could have been managed and I wouldve been able to keep my uterus. The silver lining however, is that fibroids and a cyst were also found and removed. I spent YEARS having panic attacks every month, days before my period in actual fear of the pain that was inevitably coming and years being told by Alliance that I was "overreacting", the pain was "normal", and that maybe I was "just was one of those women that dont take pain well". I have the actual reports of me complaining and begging for help and being brushed off by them. This is the worst ob/gyn, let alone doctors office, I've ever been to. I wouldnt bring a stray dog that had just bit me on the street into this place! P.S. The only reason I stayed with them for as long as I did was because they were the only office around me that accepted my insurance.

STAY FAR AWAY! They use your complications to make more money while they bill incorrectly/engage in…read moremedical malpractice. They recommend medications that are not even within range of the complication, and the midwives at Alliance in Hainesport are rude, far from caring, and overall horrific at their jobs. And if you're looking for test results? They DO NOT CALL YOU, and you will never get your results because the receptionist will continue to tell you that "no one is available to read the results but you can schedule a phone call in a couple days for your results" just so they can try to bill you for telehealth. Their good reviews are BOUGHT.

Most places would have apologized and rebooked my appt, which I was so ready for them to do. Again, they didn't. The process was stupid easy unlike most weight loss places. Most weight loss places put on a complete dog and pony show and try to up-sell you on every item and coffee cup that they have to offer. These guys were great, to the point, and no nonsense. Christina is usually at the front desk and greets everyone with a big smile and hello. She's also been very accommodating when I needed to change my appointments a few times. When I started I wasn't sure if the semaglutide tirzepatide wight loss injections or the weight loss appetite suppressant pills would be best for. So I went in with alot of questions. Luckily they welcomed my questions and answered all of them for me. The doctor explained what each medication does, the possible side effects and contraindications to taking each medicine. They reviewed a diet plan that's really been effective and even gave me an easy exercise plan. I had a few major back surgeries that makes doing most exercises impossible. They understood this and we went over in detail what I can and can't do. Riding a bike and walking is easy for me so they have me on a bike riding and walking program. I walk my dog several times a day so this is perfect for me. Since it's been so hot outside, after I walk my dog in the morning I ride my stationary bike at home in front of the TV. As far as diet goes I'm eating healthy. And I don't crave anything. Im really happy with the type of care I'm getting, how everyone treats me and the results I've gotten. I definitely recommend them.
