I can't respond to reviews so here's hoping Ken the owner sees this !!…read more The man whose comment you responded to, said the cans were WET because of the RAIN. Which anyone with common sense can infer he was referring to the outside of the cans. In no way shape or form did he even mention the payout. You seriously argue with people in your reviews? And be wrong at that? You're illiterate. If it rains and the outside of the cans are wet, and you try to refuse me, I'll bring down the entire corporation. Especially if you then try to accuse me of scamming the recycling plant by saying I filled them with water. How did you get that narrative from this reviewer literally saying exactly what happened? All you needed to do as a business owner was apologize for the inconvenience- not try to make up some bs about the cans being filled with water

1 Star Review "They…read moreMislabeled My Aluminum as Plastic -- I Lost Over $30" I went to Cedar Recycling Center (Bloomington, CA) on October 10, 2025, and brought in 7.7 kilograms of aluminum cans. The employee knowingly labeled my load as plastic instead of aluminum, and I was only paid $11.32 for it -- a huge underpayment worth more than $30 in lost value. The receipt (Ticket #233607) clearly shows "#1 Plastic (PETE)" even though my material was aluminum cans. It felt intentional, not a mistake. I've filed a complaint with CalRecycle for investigation. Be very careful here. Always double-check your receipt before leaving. I won't ever return. -- Joe C.
