I had a repipe done about 2.5 months ago and then had a bit of difficulty getting rework/warranty (for a repeat leak in the shower head about 2.5 weeks ago) - BUT THEY DID come out this past weekend to fix the leak in the shower head. Repair took about an hour and looks like it's not leaking anymore. I learned I need to call them rather than send an email or text. I hope I don't have any more leaks and these pipes last at least 20 years lol. Over all happy with the work. It was quick, they finished in 1 day then came back a few days later to install the soft water. Minimal inconvenience. The gal in the office is great and Jose makes things right. Now I just have a lot of patching to do, then final inspection hopefully next month. :) read more

We bought the house in fullerton and we were having a lot of leakage issues underneath the house, we reached out to repiping pro team for an estimate. Jose was very good with explaining how things would and answered all of my questions. The whole repiping took one day they were very quick with it, patching couple days later. Repiping Professionals did a full repipe of our home in July 2021. They also installed a new tankless water heater at the same time. I met with George when the job was quoted and I appreciated his knowledge and expertise regarding home plumbing systems. The job went smoothly and I was very satisfied with their work. Two years later the water heater began to malfunction. I made several calls over a two week period to request a service appointment. Finally got an appointment scheduled. I waited at home all day of the scheduled appointment and they were a no show. Didn't even get a call or a text letting me know that they couldn't make it. Very poor customer service. read more

Joes was thorough with my understand of the scope of work, offering different options so that I would be as informed as possible in making a decision. Once the work started, they were on time and Jose took the time to explain materials, processes. Additionally, Jose was very thorough, understanding and kind. I was communicated to honestly to as if we were friends or family. The pricing. I felt not only was the pricing more than reasonable, Jose and his team went above and beyond to make it clear they had our budget. Lastly, clean-up. Jose and his crew was the most mindful of their equipment, how they moved about the space, checking our animals were away so we wouldn't lose our pet sneaking out AND most importantly went above and beyond cleaning up after themselves. I needed a repipe in my Santa Clarita town-house due to slab leaks. I got 4 different businesses to give me estimates. Jose at Repipe gave me the best price and the work was done perfectly. The install took a day. Waited a few days to use the new pipes and observe connections. Drywall crew and stucco guy both did excellent work a few days later. All the work come with a warranty. Repipe always returned my emails in a timely manner. They always picked up the phone if I called. They showed up on time. What more could you ask for? read more

I had our home ripped in August 2022 by this company. It was stated upfront that they are a "cookie cutter company". I found this to be very true. We had 2 simple things which did not fit their "cookie cutter" mold. They were fully discussed and written into the contract. They were not done correctly. Only because I was present while the work was done did "I" catch these errors and have them corrected before they finished. An annoying problem developed with the shower diverter in one bath intermittently malfunctioning. I reported this to the company in January. I have an e-mail trail ever sense of them stating "We can't make it until next week". Well, last week they stated they would be out today, May 9, 2023, between 2 and 5 pm. 4 months? And guess what! I had my house repiped by MasterServ several years age which included a lifetime guarantee on everything they installed. I have a problem with a shutoff valve that was installed and, on March 7, 2022 I called to have the valve replaced. My call went to Repiping Professionals and I was told that they had taken over for Master serv. The person who took my call confimed with someone named Ryan that they had indeed taken over for MasterServ and a "ticket" was created. I was told I would be called that day to set up an appointment for someone to come to my home. On March 9, I had not heard from anyone from Repiping Professionals so I placed another call and was told that another ticket would be created and the issue would be escalated. On march 14, I had still not heard from them so I called and was told that Ryan was in a meeting and she would give him as well as another management team member the message that I was still waiting for a call from them. The next day I called again as I still had not received a call. Today, the same story, I was promised the message would be given to a manager and still no call. At this point, I can only assume they are not honoring the guarantee from MasterServ and they won't even give me the courtesy to call and tell that to me directly. A home repiping is a very expensive service and this complete disregard of my issue on their part is horrible customer service and I would never recommend them to anyone for anything. I would give them zero stars if that was possible as they have done absolutely nothing for me as of yet. read more

On December 3, 2018 I gave Robin my credit card number to pay the postage on two 1/4 inch-turn ball stops brassCraft valves. The cost was $21.00 she charged my account $2100.00. I did not find the charge to my credit account until December 20, 2018. I call the office and was assured the charge would be reversed ASAP, but would take 15 days to show on my account. The credit was not received and I had to do a dispute. I called numerous times asking to speak to Robin who no longer would take my calls. I also let a detailed message on Mr. Peralta's phone, neither Robin or he returned my calls and to date still haven't. I finally received a credit February 20,2019 from my dispute. The parts they sent were the wrong parts and they used my money FREE for 2 months. NEVER give them your credit card number unless you want to be out money for over 2 months. I will not go anywhere else for my homes plumbing issues!! If your looking for honesty this is the place to go!! Jose came out because I had a leak from the upstairs through the ceiling! He was very sensitive and not eager to cut holes in the wall to find the source of the leak! It looked like it was coming from my upstairs bath tub. His recommendation was to stop using the shower and he'd come back in a week.. (I have a second bath) He worked with my schedule to come back and actually cut the drywall and confirm where the leak was coming from. I was well prepped as to how to clear my house and prepare for the job. It was in fact the pipe leading to the bath water spout. He changed the hardware for the shower at no additional charge! He made sure all the dust and debris was properly cleaned and vacuumed. This company by far lives up to the expectation to treat my house as their own!! Where to start? A job that was supposed to take three days took three weeks, the drywall work was subpar and unprofessionally done, they didn't cover anything during the work so my walls and everything in each room had a white film on it, there are glue-like spots on my hardwood floors, they didn't reply to emails or phone messages, they didn't show up to scheduled meetings of which I had to take off work to attend, they forgot to turn refrigerator water lines back on so we had to move the fridge and do it ourselves, and today they were supposed to show up and meet the city inspector but no one showed up and guess what? We failed the inspection. Jose, who supposed to be a part owner, has terrible communication skills, and even worse people skills. I see they received some favorable reviews, I guess we were the unfortunate ones on the receiving end of terrible work and even worse customer services! read more
