My house is completemy finished now minus the plumbing. So it is un-habitable. I cant sell it and can't live in it. One month ago I finally filed a better business compliant and still nothing. We had received a hazard tag from Avista saying our furnace was leaking gas, and a different furnace repair company had told us we needed expensive parts replaced. I called Banner at 4:40pm and they had someone out the following morning. Duny thoroughly checked everything over, banged on a fan to get it to stop making noise, cleaned the dirty flame sensor that was causing an issue, serviced the furnace (in addition to repairing the issue!!) and said we're good to go. No parts were needed. He was so kind and respectful, super knowledgeable, answered all my questions and even showed me the numbers for my own peace of mind. I highly, highly recommend them.
