Whoa! My first trip here to Repeat Boutique (visiting form out of town) but it's definitely now on my Sisters local "go to" shopping spot list! Great finds, quality merch- a bunch of great items to be found still actually have their original tags. Nothing is smelly, scratched or in disrepair. If you find it in Repeat Boutique it is sought after. My finds included a Hurley jacket, a genuine leather White House black market jacket and 3 clutches !! One BCBG clutch, one no name genuine leather clutch and one clutch from the limited. Great condition. Highly Recommend - and keep an eye out for their yearly sale coming up every January!! read more

This place is a consignment place is what it looks like. The store itself is a pretty good size and has two sides. It's more of a hugher end boutique fashions than a discount shop. Some of their pricing was a little extreme. An example is some of the shoes were priced more than buying them brand new. They did have a lot of cute items, just overpriced. read more

Beautiful, clean store with many brands, and clothes. I have paid less at the actual stores like Chicos, and Talbots but if you are frustrated trying to find things to try on, this would be a great store except the sizes are not all in one spot. Half are organized by color then others are in sizes. It takes longer to look through many racks in my opinion but gorgeous clothes!! Huge amount. Shirt was $38 hanging in window. Huge selection of Lily Pulitzer, Talbots, Chicos and others. It might happen to be on sale if the right color on the tag for a discount of 40% off. read more

I found this cute little boutique today when we went to the donkey restaurant next door. My daughter and I enjoyed looking at all the merchandise. We had a chance to meet the owners and they were so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place. read more

I brought many of my gently used clothes to sell when I retired and no longer needed business attire. I would also browse and often buy casual clothing. The buyer, who curated items from donors, was too critical IMHO. I brought a peacock-print skirt and blue top that had been purchased from Talbots in the same fall season, both items in pristine condition. She refused the top because "people don't wear blue in the fall". Really? What about the matching blue color in the skirt? I now donate to KARM or Ladies of Charity. read more

I have consigned many many items throughout the last year. They do not give a receipt for what you bring in. However, because I elect to donate any unsold items, I can't tell what they actually sell. I do know this. I don't find my items on the sales floor yet I get a check for like $15. There needs to be someway I can actually track the items. I have no way of knowing if the sold items are perhaps, getting credited to someone else's account because I sure get a paltry sum. read more

I have been to retail shops from Manhattan to Hollywood and many places in between, and have never been to a better shop than Repeat Boutique. There is never "that smell." You know of what I speak. "Eagle Eye" Chris does not miss anything when she inspects incoming clothing, purses, accessories, jewelry, etc. Be forewarned. Only bring your best. Their sales are not to be missed. I have seen Hermes, Longchamp, YSL, Dior; also easily recognizable brands such as Tory Burch, Chico's, lots of Talbots, Kate Spade, etc. There's a brand for most wallets. My family has been frequenting Repeat Boutique since it was in the previous storefront, back when FDR was in office ... okay perhaps not quite that long, but nearly. Cannot recommend highly enough. You have to watch the prices here. It's definitely a treasure hunt. Some pieces are a good deal at $10 a piece. Other items are ridiculously overpriced. For example, they have Ann Taylor tops you can easily find at the boutique sale rack instead and print dresses you could walk down the street to Ross and find. All at the same store prices. To me, that's not a discount. In fact, it's worse because they are charging the same price for something pre-worn and gently used. I wasn't too impressed with the fashion jewelry or the bags or the shoes. Maybe you'll have better luck or different tastes.Changing rooms are small but fine. Service is friendly. The key is to really stick with the colored tickets on sale that day. On a recent visit, they happened to have almost 4 tickets at 50% off because they were clearing out inventory. Sounds nice but then you need to realize they have like 8 different ticket colors. The whole colored ticketing system is overthinking it a bit to me and feels too much like Goodwill. Like I mentioned, you have to really be in the mood for a treasure hunt. read more

I wish I could come here weekly. They are constantly getting new stuff and are super picky about what they take, so I know I'm getting good quality second-hand clothes (and accessories). Haven't consigned here, so this review is as a (bargain) shopper only :) Couple things: they don't take returns so make sure you have time to try on in the store. Everything is organized by category, so make sure to ask if you're looking for something specific. I had no idea they had an entire section devoted to gym clothes. Found a LuLu tank. Score. I love their boutique section - high-end clothes at a great price. I got a BCBG adorable shirt for $16. Some of the brands I saw include Helmut Lang and St. John. There's a Chico section and Lilly Pulitzer for those specific styles. I didn't feel like the store was "too old" or "too young"...there's something for every bargain shopper! read more

In addition to clothing they have a huge selection of jewelry, shoes, and purses, which is my favorite section. Most everything is name brand and in great condition. I did notice a few things like scarves that I thought were a bit overpriced. Customer service is great and all sales are final. I dare you to stop in and not walk out with something. With the stores slowly starting to open back up, my daughter and I thought that we would do a little shopping. We thought that we would support a few if the small local businesses that were open yesterday. We spent the morning shopping, just enjoying that we were out of the house and not at work. We ended up at a store called Repeat Boutique off of Kingston Pike here in Knoxville, TN. Honestly, it is a cute little store, but what happened today just absolutely disgusted me. I walked around the store oblivious while browsing. My daughter, on the other hand, noticed that the older sales ladies that worked at this store were talking about her. I don't know exactly what they were saying neither did Megan, but she knew it was not very flattering. Every time she came near one of the sales-ladies, they would gather and start whispering about her. She distinctly heard one say "that's not right" as she continued to stare at her. She was so upset by this that she opted to cash out on the other side of the store so she wouldn't have to be near them. For those that know my daughter, all know that she is a beautiful young lady, who dresses fashionably and looks amazing with or without make-up. Yesterday, she happened to be wearing a tube top and sweatpants with no make-up. So she wasn't dressed to the nines like she usually is. She opted to not wear make-up today because her face is breaking out due to the face mask that she wears at the hospital that she works at day in and day out. I don't know why these horrible women thought it was okay to talk about my daughter or judge her in any way shape or form. Who are they to even act as if they are better than she is? I would think that these women would be thankful that we were even in there spending our money to support their local business! The one saving grace from that visit was the young lady that was our cashier. She was kind and very sweet. Sadly, she has to work under these women that she should be able to look at as potential mentors. Instead, it appears that she is working with adult/ elderly bullies. I hope and pray that she does not pick up their poor and judgmental attitudes. I was so disgusted with their behavior that we ended our shopping excursion and went home. My daughter read a few reviews of the Repeat Boutique when we got into the car and found that there were other reviews from customers that experienced the same thing. With that said, I will NOT be supporting this local business ever again. Local businesses depend on their customers. It is these customers that refer others to shop their store. Such a great find! Was driving down the pike one day and happened to see this out of the corner of my eye. Hands down the best and largest consignment store I've ever been to! The brands are varying but if you look around and if you're lucky you can find Tory Burch, 7 for all mankind, and Michael Kors just to name a few. Of course, they carry other popular brands like J.Crew, Banana Republic, and Ralph Lauren. They carry everything a woman needs: clothes, shoes, and accessories such as belts, jewelry and purses. The prices can vary depending on the brand so it can be pricey. If you're expecting brand name items at thrift store prices then this isn't the place for you. But if you think scoring a brand new Michael Kors top (with tags) for $32 is a great find then this place is a must! read more

Went into store today. StAff not taking Covid seriously. No staff had on a mask except for the ornamental one dangling from one ear. I had to ask the employee to put on a mask to check out my merchandise. Very disappointed that this store does not care about customer health or the health of people fighting this disease on the frontline. If they did they would do their part to reduce it. read more

I often shop here when in town and have found lots of steals over the years. My most recent trip was the best yet. They have a whole section of designer items, many with the tags still on. This place is HUGE!! And it looked as if it had a kids store of a similar name directly next to it. I stopped in while in Knoxville, when I first walked in I didn't think it was really my style per se, upon first glance it seemed to cater to the middle/older women. But I figured I would give it a chance after walking around I saw that it had really cute things and a lot of designer items for great prices. I ended up only buying a pair of jeans that rung up to 70% off so $2...Score!!! I'll be going back for sure read more

I absolutely love this store! By far the best second hand store I've been to. I bought a coach wristlet and a pair of coach shoes all for a total of 25 dollars. The shoes had never even been worn. I also found a lot of nice suit jackets that were very lightly used that I bought for 15 dollars (Those were Nautical brand). They are extremely selective on the stuff they take, so its all high quality items that have barely been worn. The staff is also very friendly and very knowledgable about the various designer brands. They had several michael kors and coach wristlets. They also had a couple of michael kors and coach totes. There were other designer purses there that were a little more expensive that MK and coach, but I had never heard of the brands. There is also a section of purses dedicated to vera bradley if that is a brand you like.I definitely recommend!! read more
