It's been over a month since I made my first review about this company. They've been awful every step of the way since then. I've called myriad times since my initial incident and it's been stressful trying to get them to live up to the promise of reimbursing me for the expenses incurred. Everyone on their team thus far (except Lisa Garza) has been uniquely awful, incompetent, deliberately obtuse, and completely unconcerned with the tenant experience. I still don't have a key fob for my complex and I've been asking since I moved here in October. They don't ever put anything in writing, I have had to urge them to reduce everything to writing when they call me to convey information. Because I've been lied to so much by so many of their staff, I am beginning to believe that they intentionally don't like to maintain a paper trail of utterances from staffers. The maintenance manager, Alejandro Toro, seems inadequate to the position and has no understanding of prioritizing tenant concerns. The fact is that they make a lot of money without wanting to provide services. I'll report back if I see improvements, but as of now, this is not a great experience. Do not rent from them! As a renter, there are fees everywhere! When asked about such fees, I was reminded that I had consented to fees on the contract (dah!). When I pressed harder and asked what the fees were for, the representative could not give me an answer. The representative who showed me the apartment stated they would come back and replace batteries in the smoke/ CO2 alarms and the remote for the blinds. They never returned. They made a few more promises but did not follow through (apparently this was a side hustle for them). On a better note, whom ever they contact with for maintenance has been FANTASTIC, but the company itself, Renters warehouse, seems disorganized, and slightly deceptive. read more

Do not rent from renters warehouse , I unfortunately did and I rented a shit hole that was dirty but I didn't have a choice at the time , they add fees on for everything and anything, they didn't mow my grass they would come do the front yard five times and than do the back yard one time , I went with out a frig for a month ! They didn't do snow removal, and to top it off they stole my security deposit , but I had a feeling ..... so I prepared I have photos , videos of move in and move out , I requested to go do the walk through with them when I left, but they ignored my request and went and did it , they are horrible , I am taking all my proof and I'm fighting them for my deposit back ! Rented a house under Renterswarehouse Washington for 6 years faithfully. They did everything they could to raise the rent every year and did so. They said they wanted to raise 200 monthly and that we had to sign an annual lease or get out. We got out and left the house in better condition. A month later they (Shannon Ross) gave us a small check of 117 for our months deposit and pet deposit by charging us for replacement of a previously cracked window, replacement for a 40 year old bedroom carpet and ignored our pet deposits for two small dogs that did no damage! As an elite yelp and google reviewer with over 35k people on my social media personal sites, I am really surprised when i somehow forget to follow the due diligence on a company all the way thru completion. I am hoping that this is not going to turn out to be one of those times. Three weeks ago, my boss asked me to help him find a nice rental within 12 miles of work and within a certain price range. I had absolutely no idea how hard a request this would be to fulfill. It took me WEEKS AND instant timing on Zillow to even have his application considered. Not a fan of this property management company. Sales are entirely separate from property management and handyman services. Once they sell you on a two year lease, you will have an interesting time getting flaws pre-move in ever fixed. read more

I was on the phone with Aileen Reyes of Renter's Warehouse, and she helped me in regards to several fees, bills, and an overly large rent that didn't belong on my account. I'd previously spoken with 3 other very helpful representatives (all of whom I reviewed positively) about the issues I was facing, and they all assured me that they'd be rectified over the next month or so since I spoke with them. Their assurances were certainly very appreciated and put my mind at ease. It was Aileen, however, that finalized everything. She was the one who laid all my worries to rest about these issues permanently. The bills, fees, and inflated rent that the computer system was mistakenly putting onto my account were all delt with in just a couple of days after my call with Aileen and a few emails. The quality of her work, the value she placed on my time and emotional well-being are all indicative of an exceptional representative and person. Thank you again, Aileen. You Rock! read more

Renters Warehouse is so highly incompetent it is nearly criminal. Prior to move in - We paid all fees, deposits, and both the first and second months' rent. We responded timely to all emails from Perla stating what payments are owed and when. Perla verbally assured us that we were "good to go" until the third month of tenancy as we paid everything through the second month. This lined up with what our lease says, so we did not question it. Month 2 - Despite Perla's statements and us having paid all funds due, Renter's Warehouse charged us a $7 fee on the rent we paid before we moved in. They did not contact us in any way to tell us about the $7 charged on the 1st, nor did we receive any emails or other written notifications. They then charged us an eviction fee and a late fee. They did not contact us about those fees either. Despite what the "owner" will undoubtedly respond below, the $7 charge for this particular month is based on language in the lease that is vague at best. We chose not to dispute the $7 fee, and we would have happily paid it on time if we had known. Month 3 - Via auto-payment, we paid the rent on the 1st. Renters Warehouse charged us an erroneous $125 late fee. Month 4 - We cancelled auto-payment and paid manually on the 28th of the prior month. Renters Warehouse charged us an erroneous $125 late fee. All erroneous charges have been reversed, but not without repeated phone calls, being hung up on, and numerous empty promises of return phone calls. We have had to take time off of work. We are people who always pay our rent on time, and we have never had an issue like this in our entire adult lives. Beware. read more

I am SO dissatisfied and disappointed with the lack of professionalism this company has shown us. If I could pick no stars I would. When the roof (of the house we are renting) had a second leak dripping onto our floor, we put in a maintenance request. Weeks later still haven't gotten a reply. Not a word. Three months ago we wrote an extremely detailed (and polite) email to our property manager explaining the massive amounts of mold we have found, along with many other issues dealing with foundation, roofing, ect.. We were NEVER replied to. We had to call in a City of Seattle person to come inspect our house due to the mold. That City Inspector wrote the property manager an email regarding the mold, asking them to respond to the issue. It has been 2 weeks and no one has heard anything back. So, today we emailed the property manager AGAIN asking why we have not been getting responses for the last 3+ months, and a message was sent back saying that our property manager is no longer with the company. WHY WERE WE NOT INFORMED??? Worse, the property manager LIED to us about what we were renting. She said it is a 3 bedroom that technically could be a 4 bedroom (for $2850 a month). Later she recanted her statement, saying - her words "I know I spun it as a three bedroom house, but really it's only a two bedroom." ...then why are we paying $2850 for a 2 bedroom house? All the 2 bedrooms around us are under $2000 per month. She also said we were responsible for the minimal yard work involved. She said it would take raking once or twice a year. That was a straight lie too!!! We have had to do 2-4 hrs per week of raking, from the beginning of September through the middle of January. I used to do gardening professionally, when I add up the hourly amount per month that would be charged to do this work, it is over $400 of work per month. We were also LIED to about what the condition of the house would be in when we were to move in. We rented it before the maintenance man was finished, leaving 15 days for working. The property manager said it would be done in 5 days, and the house would be completely finished supposedly by the time we moved in. The day we moved in, it wasn't close to finished, on multiple levels. The foundation isn't covered, the attic isn't insulated, only 1/3 of the walls were painted, ect... I could go on for days. Only reason it's a 1 is because I can't go negative. Just awful, don't use them. They "accidentally" sent me the security deposit, and when I asked, they said it was ok. Then 2 years later, when the tenants moved out, Renters Warehouse said I owed them the whole thing. So after 2 years, I'm told about a mistake, placed on hold for hours, have to have dozens of email and phone exchanges, and finally I'm trying to wrap things up and can't get them to respond. They are VERY good at getting rent payments but if god forbid something goes wrong with the property welcome the keystone cops. The level of incompetence is off the charts with their terrible "maintenance division". It appears they are full of crony up sellers for media installation all the way to which incompetent "contractors" in their pocket book who will "fix" the problems with your property. We have had a terrible time working out the end of our lease and no one has been helpful at all. This comes after multiple times when they asked us to sign for more than 12 months in order to help them "line up things better" on the back end. We agreed because we wanted to be helpful. But now, we have had to move out early due to some unforeseen family issues. Despite the nature of this, we have been given the run around and no employee of the company has been willing to actually help us get these things figured out. They all say to ask someone else and that they "can't" help us. Not sure what is going on with their company but the customer service is terrible and I recommend that you stay away. They apparently are only interested in cashing checks, but have no desire to actually help their residents. Very disappointing. read more

I am writing this from the perspective of a property owner that did a one year lease with RW before canceling with them. If good communication, accountability, visibility to the management of your property, and good customer service for you and your tenant are a priority, than this is not the management company for you. Here is a bit about our experience with RW: Our intention as new landlords was to have knowledgeable experts manage our rental property to make it easier/less work for us. We actually found that working with them didn't minimize the work. Rather we ended up as middle-man management and constantly being the go between for our tenant since the response time and communication from RW was poor. Essentially we still did all the work but had none of the power to manage our own property. It took much longer for RW to place a tenant than I had expected. Our tenant let us know after he moved in that it was challenging to schedule a time to even view the property, which made me wonder about what viable tenants we may have missed out on over those couple of months the property was listed. The internal communication at RW is very poor. On multiple occasions customer service would give different and incorrect guidance on how to address questions and issues leaving us feeling frustrated wasting time chasing answers. We did have an account manager but we found communication with her to be difficult and occasionally found her emails to be downright caddy. She would only communicate via email and was unwilling to address questions over the phone. Our tenant missed utility bill payments (that got submitted through RW) for a couple of months and RW didn't even flag it to us. We caught the mistake and felt like we were the ones who needed to resolve the issue with our tenants or it wasn't going to be done. When there was a water leak it took DAYS for them to respond to the issue. They also raised their fee by nearly 20% half way through our contract. We were constantly asking ourselves "what are we paying them for?" Working with RW felt like it was creating more work than just managing the property ourselves. We didn't have any visibility to the communication that was sent to our tenant on our behalf, and when we were told communications were being sent we often heard from our tenant that he never got notices we were told they would provide. read more

Unethical, unprofessional & dishonest. BAIT & SWITCH! Not sure if it's the whole company or just Jamey Holmes. He was awful to deal with, lied and bullied us until the very end. Now unresponsive. This was the condition on the home upon walk through. He claims this is 'habitable', clean and safe; noting the cat & feces smell 'will go away'. There is no way my 9 -day old baby & 7 year old can live in this. There is no way I will commit to & be stuck for a $27k annual lease for a home in this condition. It isn't not sanitary. Now, we had 3 days to find & figure out how to pay for a new home for me and my children. He refuses to return our $2400 holding fee on the justification that we agreed to take home 'as is' - although we saw the home over a month prior to the walk through, while the owners were still fully living in the home, based on the verbal agreement that issues would be taken care of prior to our move-in. He wouldn't let us see the lease prior to signing the holding agreement & collecting our money. He left the meeting before we could even finish looking at the home, saying he had another appt but made sure to make us sign, saying if we didn't sign & put down the money he would give the home to someone else, it would stay on the market. He said we could just work with the owners and 'let him know'. However, when we did the actual walk through and saw the condition, he tried to say we went behind his back to work with the owners.... STICK TO YOUR STORY! Bottom line, he owes us our money. This just isn't right. I'll be connecting with & reporting to the attorney general, BBB, real estate commissioner, the courts, news stations and anyone else willing to help me. read more

INCOMPETENT. From the moment we moved in to our unit the service was horrible and eventually drove us to move out. On move out day we had a scheduled inspection with the assistant manager. She showed up 50 minutes late without any sort of notice. My boyfriend took time off work to be present for the inspection, so after half an hour of waiting we called the office to see where she was. After sitting on hold, the receptionist said she should be pulling up any minute. When she did finally arrive she laughed it off and said traffic was horrible. I don't care how bad traffic is- plan ahead or give some notice. Overall a horrible experience. The people who work here are unprofessional and incompetent. We advised the owners of our unit to take their business elsewhere and they are. Good riddance. read more

I would rather have a hot molten iron rod shoved up my penis hole than rent with them again. Why? Whenever we asked a question they would completely ignore or not answer the question in their reply. We could ask, can we be present at the walk through inspection? And they'd say, "the walk-through is after you move out." Jesus, just writing this down is giving me hives. The "Move out Expectation Letter" looks like it was written by my son and he's fucking 2 years old. I'm exaggerating of course, he'd do better. They try to do this clever. "Please be advised that your lease ends at 12:00 noon on the ." Wait... was that the end of the sentence or a "period". What happened? We paid the landlords LATE water bill when we moved in. Because we're awesome, but it took a YEAR to get paid back. They didn't do repairs in a timely manner. We moved in with 3 repairs needing to be made and it took 3 months to get 2/3 finished. We moved in and there was no internet going to the house and it took 3 months to get internet. There weren't screens on the windows and when we asked, they were COMPLETE PRICKS about it. Why should I care I'm the landlord? HAHAHAHAHAHAH. No you, probably have it worse off. Because the minute you decide not to use them any more you're one of us. You're on the outside. Trust me this happened to our landlord. He mentioned how great they were at communicating as soon as he indicated he'd be selling the house. I don't know what school of ineptitude the people at renters warehouse went to but if you have the displeasure of working with them I feel your pain. It's OK, they are as bad as you think and you'll be fine when you get out. But they're cheap? That 100 bucks you save by going to them can be applied to your therapist after you're done trying to close out your account. Edit: please don't let their response here fool you. The fact that this kind of stuff happens on a regular basis is indicative of how they work. We were not notified the owner denied the work. We waited months to get the work done that was said to be worked on when we moved in. The agent didn't even pass some of our requests on. I've dealt with at least 5 people over there and they all start off with sweet words but the company is hollow. There have been 1 or 2 who don't suck and I hope they jump ship because it was obvious they tried but were limited by a shit company. Everyone else seemed to feed on the apathy. The person who gave us a tour for a property in Seattle, came all the way up to our current address in Lynnwood to take the first months rent from us, and she made all of us apply and pay $45 each for the application fee; even though my sister is an international student, and she doesn't have a SSN!! After 4 days of texting and not getting appropriate response, she told us that the owner decided to not rent it to us; while the owner was in Philippines!!! And they didn't give us any reason after making our credit score drop, because of their check up, and holding our money for 8 days! Terrible customer service. read more

Overall, the staff I worked with were decent to talk to and the agent was very professional and polite. My problem is that the commercials I heard with the slogan "find out how much your home will rent for" is really misleading. I filled out the online inquiry form and got a quick call back. I let them know that we were trying to figure out if we should rent out our house (vs. sell) and that I'd like to know more about what we could get per month in rent. Also, I asked if they could let us know if we should fix/update anything in our home prior to renting to make our house more marketable. I thought my request was pretty straightforward, but when I talked to the agent on the phone, he said they don't come out to properties to do an analysis unless you are sure you want to rent the house with the company and are ready to commit. Because I said we were still trying to decide if we should rent, he just referred me to Zillow to find out how much we could rent our home for. I totally understand if they only want to do an analysis for people who are serious about renting with them, but I'm disappointed because their commercials make it seem like they will do that for everyone. read more

I do not recommend Renter's Warehouse if you are a tenant looking for a rental home. You are not EVER allowed to speak to the property owner if you have a dispute with a decision the property manager makes. It feels like they take on ALL the decision-making for the property owner. I wish I would have looked further into this property management company prior to signing my lease. Requests denied by either owner or RW: * requested to move in ONE day earlier prior to my lease day (and pay for the extra day!!) I inquired numerous times if home would be professionally cleaned prior to move in (single man home owner). Because I could not get an answer and was told REPEATEDLY that is it NOT required for the home to be cleaned, I then requested to move in a day earlier so I could have it cleaned. DENIED - Trish *owner left a real DEER HEAD and ANTLERS, and numerous personal belongings (small TV on wall, coffee maker, picture of half-naked lady, knick-knacks, bar stools, plungers, etc and when asked what to do with it all.... "Keep it and say you shot it?! Honestly I don't know, I would say donate it or gift it to a friend that hunts. Donate the rest is what I would personally do." -Trish ((it was left in my responsibility to clean up all that was left behind)) *I asked if I could paint a yellow wall white and back at the end of lease if needed. DENIED -Trish *I was told that I had to pay out of my own pocket to replace the cheap 10 year old blinds that broke when all I tried to do was use them like blinds are supposed to be used. To pull up or turn the cord for light. Two broke in the house only after a few months into my lease and supposedly the owner refused to refund me the $70 (and had to install them myself too, otherwise they said I would have to pay the vendor for the visit -Malvina). DENIED *toilet water leak racked up the water bill, I requested the owner to pay the difference above my normal water consumption. DENIED - Malvina (did not even offer to pay for part of it, even though this was a maintenance issue completely out of my own control.) I have always had great relationships and communication with previous landlords but the experience I have had with this office has been very poor. I have owned 3 of my own homes and take very good care and responsibility to my rentals. I have been told that I am NOT allowed to speak to the owner of the home I'm renting. In every instance, it appears and feels like the property manager is deciding for themselves what the owner wants to do about a situation. Either I have a very difficult owner that refuses everything or the people that work for renter's warehouse in Tukwila have it out for me. I have communicated professionally and requested to speak to the owner on a few occasions and was told this last time "The owner does NOT want contact with you. Do NOT contact him thru other means, otherwise he may ask me to issue you a notice to cease harassment. -Malvina" Is this occurring with other tenants? In my opinion, the managers could benefit from EQ training to understand people better and not make them feel like they are always in the wrong. People working in this business need a lot of experience/skills in communication especially since most of it is through email. The experience has not been pleasant and I am counting down the days until I get out of my lease and move out of this rental property. A fairly useless and incompetent team of people providing a largely unnecessary third party service and skimming off the top of your rent. Hopefully you never encounter any major repairs or issues with your home because the negligence and terrible communication from the maintainence department will almost definitely break some housing codes and laws, leaving you ripe for a lawsuit. Have submitted 3 requests for maintenance, emailed them on a weekly basis, called both the office and the contractor, with no follow up or response for over a month. Local code requires response to repair requests within ten days, so definitely a breech of the law and the lease agreement. Trish Graham at renters warehouse and company left me homeless. On February 5 our realtor told us that the owner of the house will not respond back to her. We were to move in on the sixth. So I am left homeless with a U-Haul full of stuff that her and renters warehouse refuses to help pay for. My roommate and I signed a contract I'm January 30 . The contract states had to sign a lease in 3 days. Come five days later we still did not sign a lease therefore she broke the contract. The agent or owner it said on there is liable for any damages or costs do to contract being brokeBut yet they refuse so now I am going to take them to small claims court were will win. I have had a lawyer look at the contract and it's no-brainer. They also refuse to help me find a place to live for now I am living on someone's couch. Nothing has been done from renters warehouse!!! This is my testimony. I can't give Renters Warehouse a star. I am so displeased as a tenant​ and actually was threatened to get a "harassment​ notice" because I replied to the homeowner's​ concern. I took photos and sent it to the homeowner and got a thank you. I love my homeowners. He actually came to the house back in December and was please his property was well kept and clean. We were never late with our rent, we kept the yard mowed and made sure we comply with HOA rules and regulation​. If we would have​ left it to Renters Warehouse, I can just imagine the bill for the owners just to stain the front wooden fence. We were​ happy to save the owners money. We purchased the stain, treated the wooden fence prior to staining it at NO cost to our homeowner. I have had issues with the HOA. I emailed Melvna at Renters Warehouse addressing the issue, her response was to talk to the HOA. Here is the main issue I have with Renters Warehouse, Melvna. It was agreed by the owner, that our rent would increase the next following year. We came back with a higher amount and to renew the lease for two more years. The homeowner agreed. We received the new lease from Renters Warehouse. In it, there was an add on for their monthly fee and administration fee in addition to the rent. I then called Melvina and asked her about it. She couldn't answer directly and referred me to another individual in her company. I emailed them and CC'D it to everyone including the owner and Renters Warehouse. We haven't heard anything back since then. We also asked about the pet deposit and the kind of pet we wanted. No reply. I asked her again in an email. Then asked me to email the question to her again. I told her to look at all her emails from me. My point; I feel Renters Warehouse wants to charge a monthly fee but they are not willing to work for it. We will only renew our lease for one year, not two if Renters Warehouse does not clarify why we should pay them a monthly fee on top of the rent. It's hard to find good tenants like us, who take good care of the property and never late on any rent. We even offered to pay the HOA fee. read more

I live out of state and decided to use renters warehouse to manage my property, big mistake. They are the most inapt company I have ever dealt with. Not even sure where to begin. Most reviews if not all are from the tenant side, I am the property owner, and I agree with my tenant not to use this company for either renting or managing your property. First, the agent that came out was so incompetent even after she said what the two units would be worth she changed her mind several times. I have a three bedroom home for sale for $300,000, and a studio apartment. I took the house off the market and asked them to rent it. She eventually was able to rent the home, but to a man with a 580 credit score which she did not tell me, and who did not make three times the rent. The studio was not rented tell you later what happened there. Anyway between the two houses they collected fees from 17 people and every time I asked them if they past the background they could not find the application, so the people did not get the house, that would be at least $100 from 17 people, more if there were two adults who they just lost the application on. Second, they lied to me about the credit score and income of the person who moved in. But I should have been more worried about the company, in 8 months the tenant paid rent on time, renters warehouse has not process the rent and paid me on time 7 of the 8 months. They have told me they would reimburse me the fees but have not done so. They have lied, misrepresented themself and just have refused to pay. I make calls, emails or text to them, stay on hold for hours and they just will not respond. I have my own matainance yet they call there's in who double and triple charges me. Now for the other home, the studio. They are a property management, they manage the property. They had the keys. They say they were showing the house on a weekly basis. Three months stealing money and not processing the applications, with text and emails from me, telling them to monitor the heat now that it was winter. In three months they never turned on the heat, and the pipes burst and they did not catch it for more than a week because even thou they said they went on Thursday they never did, so Monday when they were suppose to go, they didn't and my contractor found the house flooded. The cost was $40,000. They say not our problem you should have come back and turned on the heat. What am I paying you for, to manage the property. Five months later they still say they have no responsibility to the damage they caused. They have not called once to see if the house is ready to be put back up for rent, they have not called once for anything and then on top of that the house they did rent, they never pay me rent for it. They now owe me last months rent, plus all fees, this months rent plus all fees and an extra $500 that the renter sent in for utilities. Plus the $40,000 worth of damage they caused, and I can not get them to answer the phone, text or email. My renter has been charged all kinds of extra fees, which none of them have come to me. Like $50 fee just to send them rent, which they in turn do not process and pay me. A late fee, three times, even thou he paid on time, they did not process the payment so they charged him a late fee, yet they did not process the rent to me, or pay me the late fee. All in all, the renter pays about $200 extra every month and I still am not beIng paid my rent. Do not use this company as a renter or as a property manager. They are enact and can not do there job. read more

The experience of being a tenant with this property management company is a highly negative one. The staff are neither courteous nor prompt to respond once you have signed a lease with them and they no longer need to earn your business. I liked our rental house so much that I would have gladly lived in it for years before buying, but because I grew weary with having to deal with Renters Warehouse for all matters, I decided to buy at the soonest possible juncture. I would highly advise not renting a property that is handled by this company. read more

I was coerced into writing a good five-star review from Malvina Holmes at the Tukwila office. Service with this company has been horrible ever since I put in that review. Malvina has been disconnected and very short with her responses. She would not take the time to hear my concerns or to help with a viable solution. She tried to block me from communication with the landlord. They add fees to your bill and won't explain what the fee is for but make sure that you are liable. It has been a totally impersonal and negative experience for me. I have never lived in fear of putting in a maintenance request. I was charged $250 for an unknown maintenance request. I am very disappointed with Renter's warehouse. I would not recommend Malvina Holmes as an agent. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. First of all, I went to look at a property they were showing and the realtor told the couple standing next to me to have a bad day. Then, by the same realtor, I was called a liar and dumb. He also said we were a waste of his time. I would never rent from a company that allows its workers to talk to customers like that. This realtor was the most disrespectful and self centered person I have met in a very long time. I highly recommend that if you are looking to rent your home through this company or are looking to rent a home through this company, that you just don't. read more

Just reviewed some of their rental listings and found that they are not in compliance with Seattle's rental laws/regulations - this is a really bad sign. Two examples: 1). the total fees they list for move-in exceed what is allowed; and 2). they list a pet rental fee (e.g., additional rent charged if you have a pet), which is also not allowed. If they are not staying current with local laws, I have no confidence in Renters Warehouse to do the right thing (by the owners OR by the renters). read more

Your worst nightmare. Do not rent property that is represented by this company. Had a heat pump failure back in the winter time. Their service tech came out and pulled the circuit breaker and said the outside unit needed repair or replacement. I received a call a few months later asking if I was satisfied with the work. So I chose to rent from this company, and regretted it daily. I should have seen the signs. I also looked into them renting out my home as well and I am so thankful I didn't. It's funny reading the replies from the company. Because they are bogus and misinformed. Actually "Colleen" if you look closely into RCW 59.18.070 it might provide you with some training. I too had to endure 32 days of something not being repaired. The home I rented wasn't even cleaned upon move in. I paid to have it cleaned just so I could move in. The owners left tons of crap and holes in walls, mold and seriously took the window screens and other weird things. The house was in much better shape after I moved in. 78 pictures in all. That's how many issues there was. It was disgusting. The leasing agent was like a used car salesmen. Pressure pressure pressure. "Oh if you don't get it now I'm showing it to 5 people today, and they are all interested" come on. Just stop. The random inspections are a huge violation of privacy. This isn't some random drug screen. This is my home. I live in it. I pay for it. Don't come in "looking" for things wrong as if you are doing me some sort of favor. Even on your poorly written website it states "Another tool for making sure tenants maintain the properties is occasional property inspections. Scheduled, routine inspections, as well as random ones, encourage tenants to take care of the property as if it were their own. The knowledge that someone will be dropping by to check things out every so often provides a motivation to take care of the unit. Again, if any repairs need to be done that go beyond normal use, the tenant is charged for them" SERIOUSLY. You gave me damaged goods and now you want to come see how well I'm maintaining it? Well start paying me then because it's in much better shape then you gave it to me. I chose not to let this company manage my home because the way they treat tenants and bend the rules thinking no one will complain...id never put any of my tenants through that. Bottom line: do yourself a favor, keep your sanity and do your business elsewhere. read more
