Asked them to grow plants they usually do not carry (peppers), started every January, and it was not an issue- done. Also, purchased many oak trees (white and red varieties- Nuttall, Saw Tooth, Overcup, etc.), Red Buds, Maples (Exotic Emperors, Moon Blazes), Bald Cyprus (less clean up in fall and hold up to wet areas), and bushes for planting. Supplied me with the larger trees. They can supply potting soil I highly recommend for purchase as higher quality over Miracle Grow and other generic brands- don't make the mistake I made and buy substandard garden soil for greenhouse. Also, in the Northern Alabama area, recommend the White Oak varieties, since they seem to grow faster, and branch out better, but the Nuttall Oak is my favorite, for this area. So I got all 3 went home and we planted. two days of getting them planted the one that did not look too good all the leaves and flowers dropped it looked like a twig. I waited to return to Reseda until 4/11 and took back the one that had died set it on the counter when I entered store and the lady behind the counter raised her voice and said what's this?? Not hello how can I help you nothing!!! Rude Rude. I went on to explain to her of the plant and Also brought my receipt back. she said I don't want to see Your receipt. she radioed out for someone to know I was going to pick another in place. As I turned to walk away she raised her voice to me and yelled " We will not exchange again!" Again this lady was just RUDE. i don't know if she is like this normally or she was having a bad day. But this was terrible service. My husband tried to show me some stone and I went on to tell him how she was. I told him we will NOT be coming back her again!
