I waited to return to Reseda until 4/11 and took back the one that had died set it on the counter when I entered store and the lady behind the counter raised her voice and said what's this?? Not hello how can I help you nothing!!! Rude Rude. I went on to explain to her of the plant and Also brought my receipt back. she said I don't want to see Your receipt. she radioed out for someone to know I was going to pick another in place. As I turned to walk away she raised her voice to me and yelled " We will not exchange again!" Again this lady was just RUDE. i don't know if she is like this normally or she was having a bad day. But this was terrible service. My husband tried to show me some stone and I went on to tell him how she was. I told him we will NOT be coming back her again!

I was dismayed by the rudeness of the clerk. I always try to do business with local businesses, but will NEVER go to Jean's. After leaving the store without a new plant I called and spoke to the owner. He said it was their policy not to give refunds on plants. I did not want a refund I just want another plant. Wish I could give them a negative.

He provided the number and after calling and leaving several message on the companies voicemail, i received a text saying they did not sell the exact shed shown at Home Depot however had other sheds to sell me. This is what we call a "bait and switch." I will NEVER shop at the Home Depot again! Their like a Kmart and Lowes is the walmart taking all the business.
