Quite obvious they made my arrangement with OLDER and POORER QUALITY FLOWERS !!! What I do recognize that mistakes can happen , but when they do any ethical company apologies and makes compensation or corrects the problem ! They told me they could make him a spray, no problem, whatever I wanted, and it would be delivered that night. They were kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. They gave their condolences for my grandpa's passing. I left feeling so good that I would have a beautiful spray to honor my grandfather. This place was the best. These petals fell off immediately. The other flowers did not look fresh. I contacted the business but there was no answer, had to leave a message where I told them the problem and asked for them to contact me. Nothing. Flowers were beautiful but customer service sucks.
