This was my first and will be my last experience with this outfit. I called around and this was the only place I could find a laminate flooring cutter. Their counter person on the phone said, "yes, we have one." I picked the cutter up just before noon on a Saturday. The cutter seemed a little small and it was filthy. I again asked specifically if the cutter would cut 12mm laminate and was told yes. The following morning I started my floor project. The cutter was crap and would not even begin to cut my laminate. Of course they are closed Sunday. Monday morning I returned the cutter and told them not to tell customers the cutter worked on laminate. The counter guy totally didn't care and did not offer a discount or a refund. Stick with Home Depot for rental equipment, lesson learned.

Amazingly, it was actually a good deal of fun, at first, because the other couple were a lot of fun and, even though there was a big difference in our ages, we got a along very well. The tour included stops at 3 restaurants along the way that seemed a bit short, time wise, probably because with only 4 of us peddling it took longer to get there. We found that, contrary to the ads we read, there is absolutely no coordination between the tour and the restaurants which makes it very difficult to order and gulp down a drink or food & get back on time. On the last stop, we had 20 minutes. We ordered beers and I asked the waiter how long it would take to get a couple of side orders. He said 10 minutes so we ordered them. Then the real fun started. The order took 20 minutes. The other couple went out to let the tour driver know what was going on and didn't return. My wife went out to check what was wrong and came back and said that there was no one there. The Brew Choo was gone, along with the other couple! They hadn't paid their tab and his wallet and phone were still on the bar. They came back a while later and said that when they went out to check, the operator said they had to leave right away, didn't have time to let us know and he left us there with our back pack on the Brew Choo, which I retrieved when he came back on his return and I followed him around the corner of a very large block to his next stop. That proved somewhat difficult since I am disabled and had left my cane in our car not knowing I would need it to chase down the Brew Choo later! I realize, now, that the Brew Choo is on a tight turn around schedule but we were right inside the door of the restaurant and it would have taken the operator seconds to tell us he HAD to leave and we would have immediately come out.
