When we spoke to them again to put down the deposit they had already signed a contract with someone else without notifying me. They lied to my fiancee and said they had called me, but there's no record of it on the caller history. This is a very untrustworthy way to do business. If you don't think you can make a call before renting to someone else, you shouldn't make such a promise. There are other rental companies available in Chattanooga. Rent from these people at your own risk.
