He solved my problem by giving me a bad number for the geek nonsense squad in Carson City. Through a lengthy process, I reached a living person who told me i needed an appointment. I kept the appointment to learn that I drove 40 miles to be told Geek does not get batteries for laptops. So, tiring of the spectacular incompetence of Best Buy, I called Bulldog PC.
