The dishwasher performs well (it's less than 1 yr old). The AC unit, however, stopped blowing cold after two summers of usage. Malkins doesn't provide any support personnel for repairs. Disappointing. I later found out that the AC unit I purchased hasn't been in production for years. They still have more in stock and offered to sell me one for an inflated price. I prefer to support local business whenever possible. However, in this case I think I'll stick with businesses that have enough inventory turnover that I won't get stuck with a decommissioned unit.
