When I got it home and plugged it in. The buttons on the fan don't work. The only thing it does is goes up and down and not side to side like my daughter wanted. My youngest daughter didn't mind it doing that, so they switched them out. I got a receipt sent to me via text. So I have no clue if they take items back. So I wouldn't recommend buying electronics here. But other things, yes. I did look up other items that they are selling on Costco app and they were the same price or a few dollars off.

An elderly couple who could barely walk approached the sales man and asked for dining room sets. The man pointed up and said 2nd floor. He didn't offer any other help. I told the couple in front of the sales man that there was an elevator lift that the salesperson could take them up. The salesman didn't say anything or offer. The couple shuffled off looking for the lift. I caught up to them and told them the salesman would need to take them up. They decided to just leave since they weren't offered help. We were supposed to pay with a credit card, they marked us for a check (I never use checks!). When I called the main office, the man who answered the phone was grumpy about having to write a new ticket about the payment. Rather rude when it wasn't my fault. So when I finally got home that day I went into the the field to check the compost. It's not even compost! It was just raw mint waste they pulled from the field. Compost is well, composted. And it looked incredibly short too! We ordered 10 yards and it looks more like 7yds. Called the main office, left a message. Manager calls me back and basically says tough ... Order from them and you'll need to TRUST they are honest about the measurements. They have no scale nor any records to make sure you get the full paid for amount. I will never be ordering from here again.

We came into her store looking for a mattress for our son who has some sleeping/health issues. We have never been to a mattress store before and been helped by someone like Christina, until now. We just can't say enough good things about her. She was so attentive from the moment we walked in the store. She assessed the situation our son was in. She got the right pillow for his neck issues and showed him the best bed for what he needed. It shows what a wonderful, caring lady she is.
