Perhaps I needed a certain screw or paint. They would stay until I was done and had what I needed. I always had the impression that the people working there were retired contractor or carpenters picking up extra cash. Tonight I was in a hurry and the cashier told me which aisle to go to. I met a guy there, showed him what I was looking for, except in a somewhat different size. He barely glanced at my item, waved vaguely toward a cabinet and walked away. I managed with a lot of effort to find what I needed. When I got home it was not the right fastener, no surprise. If only this person had spent 5 minutes with me, I'm sure we would have found it, assuming he knew what he was doing. Next time I will go to Home Depot!

I rated it "A-OK" with three stores. I said the paint is good. I said the staff is friendly. I said I'd go back. All I said is sometimes it takes a while. I don't need to contact you about this; you already know the issue. You can choose to assure adequate staff or leave it the way it is. I will go back; I just know I may have to wait a while. Not rating the product delivered, but the before sale support and gold star setup. What store only…read morehas 1 of their best selling mattresses in stock or in their warehouse? This one does! Went to buy 2 mattresses and box springs that the website said could be delivered the next day to find out they only had 1 and it would take over 3 weeks to get the other. Their customer support did recommend another brand that was cheaper and which actually turned out to be maybe even better for me, but it was a hassle to do this over the phone. Then it came to the gold stat setup that we paid $99. for or maybe a should say the lack of any setup. We were moving from Florida to Oregon. So wanted the beds setup as we instructed before we or the bed frames arrived in our container. Our son received the beds at the house we were renting, but the setup people did nothing more then place them up against the wall in the bedrooms and didn't even remove the plastic. They said they couldn't do the setup without the frames. This meant that when we arrived before the container and were planning to sleep on the beds we had to set them up in the way we paid gold star to do it.

The guy at the store asked me what I wanted and my budget and took me to the exact mattress that…read morenot only fit into that but was at the lowest end of my budget. I didn't feel like I was being pressured into buying the fanciest mattress that was way out of my price range which was nice for once. He was so nice and helpful and made the process so fast.
