From my POV from the times I've been there, his employees are very responsive to him and their customers. It takes a special leader to keep the morale of their team up! Special shot out to Keith and Billy, who were very helpful to me when I've picked up cars. Wish I lived there so I could give them all of my rental business.

Left us driving two hours west to Lexington airport to get a car. Tri State Airport said they gave away our car because we didnt call. Ugh. Said we should have prepaid. Didnt see that option. Nothing in paperwork said to call if running late. We've rented cars all over this country and never had to call if running late. While still at location we called central reservations and they took our reservation again for Tri State location, stating they have cars. Customer service refused to take our credit card info to lock in a reservation. Kudos to local office to call and tell us they had no cars. Sad to hear twice our trip here was wasted. Local folks told us to choose a different option when calling back in. That got us in eternal loop, never reaching new location to confirm if they have cars. Was able to talk with local HERTZ in Lexington. They got our business.

I had a flight out of TriState when I realized I forgot the darn thing, so when we landed in N. Carolina I called to report the missing flashlight. They could of recovered it right away because I'm pretty sure that it was still in the car when I called. Three weeks later and I'm still waiting. One damn star for your inefficient staff! One month later: I've called their lost and found and spoke to the manager and they told me that it was never found. Either someone found it and kept it or it just disappeared. I have given up and accepted it as a loss.

The hotel receptionist recommended TaxiTommy - and she was spot on! -- we had a large group so it took two cabs but they were there right away. Very friendly and even gave us recommendations on where to tailgate for the game - we wound up meeting up with him on game day and had an absolute blast! We used his service both days - from hotel to dinner, dinner to drinks, and even drinks to late night breakfast at 3:00am! Every single time - right there - on time! And the friendly conversation from everyone we encountered was exactly what we saw the entire weekend in Huntington - very friendly community! Thank you!

I looked at a few things that a non mechanic is able to fix and the air filter was my first check and it looked like it had never been changed there was rocks, glass and a clump of random stuff in the air filter box. The engine light came on not too long after saying the turbo is low boost so I Drove it to Dunn rite and asked if they could help and it took about a month of bringing it back bc the engine light kept coming on for them to say the turbo is bad. Then they drive them over to their stealership to sell them at outrageous prices and even higher interest rates. They will not accept responsibility for selling vehicles that are in poor condition and instead will charge the customer for the repairs and towing so they make money on both the sale and the repairs. The owner and his son are untrustworthy and will do and say anything to not accept blame. I took my antique vehicle for a simple water pump install and 2 weeks later and 4 visits to their shop to repair leaks and shoddy repairs, the engine blew. I took them to court and Donnie Slone, the owner of both this stealership and Dunn-Rite automotive came up with every excuse to not accept responsibility in small claims court. Whatever, at the end of the day, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what happened to a car that ran great when brought to them stopped running 2 weeks later was obviously repaired incorrectly. Also, the other 5 star review about this business was left by the owner's son, so report it for a conflict of interest as it's a false review.
