(I posted a negative review on Yelp regarding that roofer). Since I needed help selecting a roof shingle for my home, I called Grandview. The owner set an appointment, was punctual and courteous, and showed me samples. He quoted me a fair price, and I accepted. He started the work within the following 10 days, and he completed it to my satisfaction and in a timely manner, even during a rainy day.
