I showed up and checked in and being a gym rat, he always promised a butt kicking workout. Let me just tell you, it delivered! I'm not big on group training, so I almost said no. (With the exception of my heated pilates and yoga classes.) I've seen amazing results from my friends that are still members here although, I prefer to workout solo or with my coach. I'm so glad I gave them a try. We formed a group of 4 with two other guys and it was a blast as we moved through the stations. I'll most likely drop in again with him in the future. The energy and the coaches were awesome and of course my friend was recognized for his workouts; he's a beast! This place kicked my tail. Unfortunately, after paying for the product, the Spokane office suddenly closed without warning, website and Facebook group vanished, app gone, and phone disconnected without any forwarding. I did some sleuthing on my own and finally found the Reno office. I was hopeful I would be able to receive the product and service I paid for. The initial staff I spoke to was considerate and gave me hope that customer service was important. Instead, the owner/manager emailed me that they would NOT be supporting Spokane and directed me to her attorney for any further contact. I reached out to the attorney and have not received any response back weeks later. I'm out $1000 and Reno Weight Loss was unwilling to step up to give customer support to their Spokane customers after leaving town without notice and leaving us high and dry. Obviously, given an attorney was provided, there's a reason they left left Spokane so quickly and didn't leave any forwarding. The diet worked For me. The Spokane staff were helpful. Does that mean there was a questionable reason for the quick departure? Hmmmm? Beware.
