Of course it happened right before a snow storm was about to hit. I called Ollie's Garage Doors and Sheldon gave me a great price and was able to come the next day, even with snow in the forecast. He installed New cables and told me that it was Way out of adjustment and that was why it was snapping and causing my cables to eventually fray.
