I called Renner Garage Door because my garage door was not opening and closing as it should. Brian came out and discovered that no power was getting to the electronic eyes that control the door. He said the wiring attached to the electronic eyes needed to be replaced but he was unable to do it that day because he didn't have enough wire on his truck. So, he devised a temporary work-around solution that allowed the door to work correctly until he or another technician could return to install new wiring. I was extremely pleased with the work that Brian did that day. A few days later, Kaleb and Austin showed up to install the new wiring for my garage door. They completed the installation of the new wiring for the electronic eyes in about 20 minutes. Now I have a garage door that works PERFECTLY. Brian, Kaleb and Austin were all true professionals who did outstanding work and were also friendly, courteous fellows who were easy to communicate with. I will definitely be calling Renner Garage Door for any future garage door needs I may have. read more

He answered all my questions and was courteous and friendly. Andrew was my service tech and he not only fixed the issue with my door (had been installed by the building contractor) but showed me how to prevent it in the future, and other things that might happen in the future because of how it was installed.
