Our house is always spotless, and I really appreciate the hard work she puts in! It's more than coming back to a clean house -- she takes away the burden of trying to keep a house with a toddler and newborn clean, so I am truly thankful for that. I also appreciate that she's a one-woman business owner -- she's truly invested in her work and does it all herself.

Liz and Melissa came out three times to give us advice on colors, wall art, where to place furniture, and how to accessorize our entire house. Melissa gave specific advice such as suggesting we place a large mirror over our mantle. It is quite a focal point. She also recommended a beautiful hanging lamp from Troy Lighting. Our guests and family have all commented on what a beautiful job we did decorating. (We admitted that we had help and recommended Decorator Girl!) We particularly appreciated that Decorator Girl made themselves available to us via email. We had so many questions about purchases we were making. First, Stacy's communication was wonderful. They came for a walk-through to set a price and I appreciated her asking questions about what I liked and wanted. We set up the cleaning date pretty far in advance because I was traveling. She sent a text asking if I still wanted them (Yes!) and did I still like the date and time. Really thoughtful! While they were here they worked on everything from top to bottom. Did they miss things that I noticed later, yes, but nothing important and not everyone sees things the same way! I have had to let go a few people in the past because my husband is much more critical than I am. He didn't like things being moved on a shelf and not put back the same way. Jeez. Waaaay more critical - I just loved a clean home! But, with Stacy and Cori, he walked in that night and just said it looked great! I was so relieved!! Now, the next cleaning will be shorter for them and she'll make note of when the baseboards were done, etc so it'll stay clean. I am truly amazed by how thorough they were and I look forward to the next clean in 2 weeks! Woohoooooo! I highly recommend them and I'm glad I'm already scheduled because y'all are going to fill up her calendar, for sure, once you use them. :-D

Used my high end kitchen cutlery to clear a drain then put the knife back in the block like it hadn't just been used on slime and grime. Didn't clear pet hair out of the sliding door tracks (probably because they broke the vacuum cleaner). I paid a premium for bad service and damaged equipment. For 11 "man hours" I was billed $625. I don't expect to pay over $50/hour for maid service and for that premium price, I absolutely do expect perfection. My wife was told it would be $425 so somehow between that and her sending me the bill it got jacked up $200. I let the owner know and received no reply. I would pass on this company and find someone responsible, responsive and priced fairly.
