I tried calling several more times without anyone answering. I sent them a message on their site and also a text to that same number. At 0945, I receive a call from their manager saying they don't schedule cleaning that early in the morning and wasn't sure why the coordinator did so. Buyer beware on this one as that seemed very shady way to do business that way. BTW, I received a 3 day notification and and 1 day notification that I had an appointment scheduled for 05/17/2023 @ 0900. I called someone else and I won't be doing any business with this firm. I suggest you skip this firm altogether and find someone else. UPDATE 06/19/2023: This is an honest report of what I experienced with SVS. Make of it what you will, but I have not been in contact nor "harassed" anyone with this company since my review. Calling names on this forum (and belittling my experience) is not professional and I think it brings to light the issues with which I dealt . This is why these reviews exist, to talk about both good and bad. Had I had a positive experience, this review would have been more positive. You can make your own decision about whether to use them or not. This was my experience. Owner asked me to remove the name posted so I did, however, does not change my experience with this firm.

IF I COULD GIVE 100 STARS, I WOULD. E.R. Spotless Cleaning…read morehas officially ruined every other cleaning service for me because no one--and I mean NO ONE--comes close. From the moment they stepped into my home, it was like watching a cleaning superhero team assemble. They don't just clean... they transform. My bathroom? SPARKLING like it was personally polished by Mr. Clean. Even places I didn't know could get clean--CLEAN. But the best part? They're affordable (I honestly expected the bill to be twice as high for the level of service they performed) AND they know everything about how houses run. I asked one random question about a cleaning need and suddenly I was getting Homeownership 101 advice like I was on HGTV. The knowledge is unmatched. Professional. Kind. Detail-obsessed. A full-blown cleaning genius. If you're even thinking about booking someone--don't think. Just book E.R. Spotless Cleaning and thank me later. 10/10. No notes. Absolute perfection.

Ray was excellent! He texted us the day before to confirm & was good at confirming what services…read morewere included. There was a lot included! Since I bake a ton I was especially excited that he was able to clean our very dirty oven. He cleaned around the windows, unclogged the drains in our bathroom, and showed us how to prevent the calcium stains in our shower by getting a filter (sprite is one brand name and aquabliss is also a competitor) to add on the pipe before the shower head. He cleaned on top of armoires, cluttered countertops even when I said not to worry about it- "it can't be TOO clean". He vacuumed the whole house including the couch. I think he was here for at least 4 hours. I was feeling slightly exhausted watching him go at a steady pace the whole time. The baby, husband and dogs all took a nap or two in this time He even took the knobs off the oven to clean them and dusted all the fans. We were very pleased! If there is anything you think Ray can do better, he asks at multiple times to check the different areas as he gets done cleaning. You can tell he really wants you to be happy because I noticed later that the window he had cleaned had some dried water spots and he went back to fix it happily with no complaints. Probably with any cleaning service it helps to tell them what you are hoping to be achieved and then remind them person so they have a chance to make it great. This service was also an excellent value coming in quite less other quotes that we received. Thanks Ray!

Although the response rate was timely, the cleaning itself left a lot to be desired. I requested a…read moredeep clean for my 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house and I was not satisfied with the final result. Specifically, I requested the baseboard be done as well as the dust knocked off the walls. I was told the baseboards were done twice, but they look like they weren't touched and everything was shoved into the corner of the baseboards which was very frustrating. Clothes that were on the closet floor were just shoved further back into the closet. 'Deep clean' to me entails way more work than was done. They arrived at my home at 8am and they were gone by 10:30 which is insane for a deep clean. I was preoccupied because I work from home and could not do a walkthrough of the house when advised it was completed. Once I finally did, I realized that I would now need to do much more cleaning myself, after the deep clean was completed. The price was reasonable and I did tip Ray, but for what I received vs what I requested did not meet my expectations at all. I would rather be charged more. I pulled out an extra $100 for the service but did not end up giving it to Bonnie's Maids because in my opinion, they did not do a deep clean or a suitable job. As Ray has so kindly responded to this after calling me and telling me I was too harsh, although I was just being honest - I am editing to add to his reply. There were multiple communications with Ray before the cleaning. Not once was an expectation that everything needed to be off the floor. I have had deep cleans in the past that took care of EVERYTHING. Hence: DEEP clean. Also wondering why this is a requirement when you didn't even sweep or mop the floors, but I digress. I glanced out of my room and said it looked okay, we did not do a full walkthrough. Again, I was working. Your sloppiness in all these areas absolutely have nothing to do with me being unprepared for the cleaning. I would not recommend this company as not only are they bad at cleaning, but they also are unprofessional.
