From start to finish, they were an absolute pleasure to work with. They arrived on time, were happy, professional, and incredibly kind, and made the entire process seamless. Communication was excellent every step of the way -- they explained what was happening, answered all questions, and kept me informed throughout the installation. For anyone thinking their windows and doors purchased by Renewal by Anderson out of Casper, Wyoming are good, I have a suggestion for all of you. Wait for the weather to cool like I did, last year it got to 24 below zero, and then take some thermal images. You won't be happy. Take images inside and outside to get the full affect. Get some rubber tubing and foam rubber and shove it in the spaces between the window and frame to keep the cold air out and warm air in. Nice windows. Terrible installation and customer service afterward. We live in snow country. The installers left huge gaps around the new windows and covered up the gaps with paneling. We discovered this when we were replacing the paneling. We spoke with a "director," and RBA's only answer was for us to delay/undo the paneling replacement, which we had already paid for and was well underway, and to have the same RBA installers who created the problem and covered it up come back again. Unacceptable! For obvious reasons, they will NEVER work in our house again! We paid for a premium product. We certainly did not get one. Unfortunately, RBA is just not trustworthy. read more

Windows are 'OK', customer service was terrible!! Our salesperson Jazmin was the worst as she disappeared once the contract was signed, not returning phone calls or e-mails. There is a lot of competition out there and I would save yourself the headache and go with someone else!! read more

A lifetime warranty sounds great but when it takes 7 months to replace a faulty sliding glass door, you regret it. I called in Mid December 2024 to have someone come out and evaluate my 1 year old sliding door. It took them 2 evaluations and a wrong sized door to finally come out and replace the faulty, bowed door. I had to place at least 10 phone calls during this time period because the repair department staff is completely inept. I went through a full winter with a cold breeze coming in and hot summer air coming in until today, July 17 2025. I spent 40 k on the windows and doors. Don't waste your money or time with them. I wish I had never done business with them. I can't believe that they are still in business. read more

Do not buy their sliding doors. Ours was rebuilt 3 times within 1st 6 months, and 15 months after install they still drag heavy to open and close, and make terrible screeching. They had to come again after window install to shim them so they would seal when closed. They bragged about the special shims they created, to compensate for the windows not being manufactured to appropriate windows size. The screens have gaps at the base. We had service people here at least 5 times within 1st 8 months of install. Each time the service person's hands were filthy, and he left black hand prints all over the window and door frames, white of course. They took off our sliding door, numerous times, and propped it up with the glass leaning on a huge thorn bush. Idiot. Very painful experience. The sliders are a definite NO to purchase, DONT buy them! The windows are okay, but not sure worth their price, and certainly not the terrible service and some quality issues we had to endure.​ read more

First of all this is NOT a review for the business in Prescott! I'd prefer to score them a "0" and give comments, but I'll settle for a "1". I called the toll free number I found in an ad in the AARP newsletter about a promotion Andersen Windows was running. Great folks on the phone. We set up an appointment, I received a confirmation call the day before our appointment and we waited. The next day a representative came to our house. He was from Phoenix, I'm sorry but I cannot remember his name. The gentleman spent exactly 15 minutes with us. He asked a bunch of qualifying questions, gave us a one 'size fits all' quote of $2,000 per WINDOW. We balked at the price, he said there were no other options. He never looked at the windows we wanted to replace, measured or anything. Then he abruptly left after we pushed on other price options. Honestly, I'd avoid these guys. read more

I called and scheduled an in home consultation for Saturday 1/30 at 2:30pm no one showed up, I called their scheduling department and the person on the phone was extremely rude. They then scheduled me for today at 6pm no one showed again.. I called and the rep stated that I was never rescheduled. This company is a joke and I will not give them my money. What a waste of my time. I needed 4 windows replaced, your company basically turned down my money that was guaranteed. read more

The salesman Bruce was very pleasant to work with--there was no pressure to buy. Only the facts were given and quote. the men that came to do the measuring were friendly and professional, they did their job quickly and were gone. The installers (Dave Indicauitch & Kelly Hoffman) were professional and polite. They got both glass sliding doors installed in a few hours. The doors look great and really make a difference on keeping the heat out. I am extremely glad that I have had it done--just wish I would have done it years ago--would have stayed cooler in summer and warmer in winter. Great job and thank you! read more

We are soooo HAPPY with our new Windows !!! (15 of them ) :) John Lynott and Scott Malloy are SUPERSTARS in their trade! Im still im AWE of these windows!. We recently bought a house in Flagstaff and we noticed the sliding glass doors and windows needed to be replaced because they were not energy efficient and they were very old. We contacted Renewal by Andersen after seeing their ad in a monthly mailing and set up an appointment to have a consultant come to our house and meet with us. Our design consultant (Nick Perez) was very professional in manner and extremely knowledgeable about the products. He took his time to go over all our options and answer all our questions. He even tolerated our energetic yellow lab giving him kisses and hugs all night. We were impressed with the product and the company so we decided to go ahead and replace 2 of our sliding glass doors and one of our picture windows. Nick completed all the paperwork for our purchase and we were extremely happy with his service. We had to wait a few weeks for the products to be made and shipped to our area, but that was understandable for the high quality product that it is. This week, Dave Indicavitch and Andrew Paul arrived at our house to take out the old doors and window and then replace them with the new products. Dave and Andrew were also professional and very hard working. We had just had a major snowfall a couple of days earlier so they had to put up with cold temperatures (and again, an energetic yellow lab who wanted to investigate their work) and tough outdoor conditions. Dave and Andrew were friendly and answered all our questions as they worked. They didn't rush through their work but instead took their time and made sure everything was done perfectly. We are so happy with our new sliding glass doors and picture window. We have already noticed a huge difference in the temperature of our living room as we used to have cold air sneaking in through gaps in the old doors and windows. The new doors and window are also very nice looking (from both the inside and outside) so they have improved the look of our house. We look forward to having Renewal by Andersen come back in the future to replace our other sliding glass doors and windows. A guy knocked on our door asking if we wanted to sign up for an appointment for a free estimation. I finally agreed for the coming weekend after moving some things on my schedule. I got two phone calls reconfirming over the next two days. Appt was for 10 a.m. on a Saturday. Never showed. I mean, I cancelled important things for my wife and I so we could be there. Never showed. Called them. Didn't answer. Left a message. No return call. If this is how they treat people who don't have their business yet, I can only imagine how they treat folks who have locked in. Canvassers for Renewal by Andersen, which just opened an office in Flagstaff, came to my home and asked to make an appointment to come tell me about their product. I gave them my contact information. Within the next few days they called and left a message. I returned the call, giving them an appointment time. They did not return my call. I called again and made an appointment with an actual person however no one showed up for the appointment. I called again. The person who answered this time couldn't find me in their schedule and told me that the head scheduler was on the phone and would call me back in five minutes. I am still waiting!! I am sure Andersen windows are a wonderful product but I wouldn't waste my time with this particular company. They clearly don't need my business. read more
