Not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but the only company to provide an in-home demo of the actual windows we were purchasing. With such a big home improvement project, you want to feel confident that you made the right choice. Shortly after signing the paperwork, they sent someone out to measure. Then we waited quite a while for the job to be scheduled. Unfortunately, installation occurred during a weeklong heat wave. Yet the guys rarely complained, and spent four full days installing our windows. If I have any complaints, it's about their after sale customer service. The day our installation wrapped up, I noticed a slash in one of the screens, and was assured they'd order a replacement and have it sent to us. Three months later we still had no screen, so my husband and I started calling. Every call was treated as a brand new sales call and no one seemed to know anything about our replacement screen. Finally, someone came out and made us a new screen onsite. However, he re-screened it too tightly, and the frame warped. More phone calls and more confusion on their part made us feel like we were in the twilight zone. Ultimately, we took the frame to their office and they fixed it there, which was an additional inconvenience. Other than these few snafus, we're happy with the work.

We contacted them to replace several doors. We had a prompt reply and a visit to see and thoroughly examine the nature of our issues. They then provided an estimate, which held up throughout the job. And when it came time to replace the doors, the work was done in expert fashion. Their installer, John, was outstanding in communicating the nature of his work and getting it done efficiently and professionally. The siding crew was approachable, efficient, and worked consistently until the job was done. The gutter team was also very dexterous and skilled, completing their job on a very hot day. After a little over a week, everything was finished. The house exterior looked wonderfully refreshed and the yard was left clean of all debris. What I liked best about this company was how well they communicated when and what things would be done to the house. They were good about setting dates and keeping to the promised schedule. If someone was going to come out to the house for a task, they always informed me about it. If I had a question or concern, they were easily reachable. Unlike some contractors I've had in the past, they didn't disappear for weeks in the middle of the job. They got it done quickly all in one go and on time, which meant minimal disruption to my daily routine. Highly recommended!

I have no idea why they contacted me and locked up my Home Depot referral if they don't do storm damage and don't work with new customers. Such garbage. Based on reviews, we were very excited to work with Arrow Fence. Scott came out to measure and we received initial plans for our fence about a week later, informing us that they were scheduling 10 weeks out from the date of down payment. Upon noticing several errors to what we requested for our job on the original plans, we asked for a requote. Scott returned several weeks later and remeasured for the requote which was delivered in a timely manner. We are now about 1 month from the 1st visit. Two weeks after the visit for the requote we had still not received our quote or contract, despite multiple attempts at contact. Upon speaking with another member of the company 5 days ago we were told that Scott would be contacted that day and the contract would be sent to us that day. It was not. We tried calling every day after that and got voicemail or no response. Finally got a voicemail returned today to be told that Scott had gone on vacation starting today and would be gone for several weeks. We were also informed that scheduling was now being done 3-4 months after the deposit was placed. Because Scott is the only person that has any of our information and he is now on vacation for several weeks, we were told that we would not be able to put our deposit down and schedule our job until he returned. Our job that should have started at the beginning of February (weather permitting) is now being pushed until the beginning of May. To top it all off, almost everyone that we spoke to outside of Scott has been exceedingly rude and unconcerned with how our project has proceeded in such a slow and chaotic manner. Although our project may have been small (~$25,000), they really showed their true colors and how little they care about their customers. Our family now has to start this entire process over again with a new company, in the middle of winter with a foot of snow on the ground, having lost MONTHS of time and energy to a company that was entirely unconcerned about their poor service. I understand that companies like these are very busy right now, but how you treat people when times are less than ideal is the true measure of who you are. Arrow Fence does not measure up.

Then in March, 2024, We had 11 windows installed. So far we are happy with the windows but not happy with how this different crew of 3, left a sloppy job. By the time they left it was dark. The next day, I noticed numerous handprints on the window panes. The worst part was finding black slightly greasy fingerprints on the outside window framing. That really took some scrubbing to get it off. They need to make a better selection in contracting these jobs out. Very disappointing on the 2nd crew.
